Enjoyable vacation
We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at the resort, especially after meeting our dear friend from the SeaGate team, Mr. Andrew, who is now working as a Restaurant Manager in Radamis.
Andrew is such a helpful, kind, and welcoming person. My kids love him so much, and they were incredibly happy to see him again. They used to see him during our stays at SeaGate, and they have so many beautiful memories with him. For them, seeing Andrew again was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. ❤️
I would also like to sincerely thank Maria and Khaled from Guest Relations for all the help and effort they provided throughout our stay. They were always trying their best to make our experience enjoyable and entertaining.
We also had a great time at the Beach Bar thanks to the wonderful team — Abdelrahman, Mohamed, Nada, and Karam. They were all polite, respectful, friendly, and always welcoming.
A special thank you as well to Omar, the Team Leader, who was absolutely amazing and made us feel well taken care of.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly people who made our vacation special. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our experience. We hope to see you again!

Absolutely amazing experience at this Ala carte restaurant from the moment we walked on - a very big shout out to Muhammed and Zaid who gave us the above the Rixos standard of service. Food was 10/10 and the new menu options were delicious! Shukran Hayal for restoring our faith

Highly recommend rasam Al a carte Indian restaraunts at Rixos radamis. Excellent food and excellent service. All staff very kind and accommodating and food was authentic and fresh.
So comfortable and quiet
Very good vibe clean but other guests are littering so quite and nice employees are smiling and very polite and kind
