Excellent service with great support from stuff. Helpful and very informative. Nice and respectful. I like the facilities and food is super delicious. The environment is clean and the place is more than safe. The lifeguards are experienced and well trained. Special thanks for them, they help us to diving and enjoying our journey, As we consider such treatment a major reason to let us visit the hotel again. Keep shining lifeguards 😍
Good hotel and definitely worth staying at. The staff are generally very helpful, especially at reception. We were lucky to have Amr, who helped us a lot and showed great care and attention with all our requests. A special thanks to him!
Considering the overall service and facilities, the hotel is definitely worth staying at. My only suggestion would be to include Turkish beverages such as rakı and şalgam in the drinks selection.
P.S. If you are mainly looking to swim in the sea, this hotel might not be the best fit. However, it is definitely worth it for snorkeling and seeing the reef.
The staff in and working around Rixos are second to none, friendly, aware and great with all types of individuals and age ranges. The evening entertainment is great, no stone left unturned, while preparing the shows throughout the week. Acrobatics act was unbelievable, real entertainment.
A few staff members went above and beyond, for me and my family. They are all great however, Jetlee, and Mo ( worked evenings in the lounge bar, the week of the 1st October. Were brilliant.
Jetlee is the man, so kind, getting everyone involved in the activities ongoing throughout the day, his ettentive nature brings joy among the holiday vibe, on a daily basis.
Rixos are lucky to have someone like himself representing the company. A true credit to all Rixos resorts.
What can we say about this hotel apart from just amazing!! Sat at the fountain pool every day and honestly cannot fault the team and lifeguards for the job that they done. In particular Ahmed every morning without fail as soon as he seen me he would come a put towels down on the beds, m Salah as well. Then Shady the bar man…. We was never without a drink, never forgot our order and we never had to get up once to get a drink. Nothing was ever too much for them a they honestly made our holiday so much stress free. Even just how they look after the pool we never had to worry about our little girl as they were there to keep a watch on her providing arm bands to kids without even toys for them to play with. Then the cleaner Mina who cleaned block 20…. Every day something made out of towels for our little girl which was obviously a hit.. his cleaning was immaculate and even on a night sometimes we would come in to clean towels again ready for morning. The staff in the restaurants honestly can’t name any of them as they were all just brilliant. New out drinks we wanted, were ther as soon as we sat down a just very attentive just like every member in this hotel! My little girl also loved kids club, so much to do and so much to choose from and even got a little bag of goodies when she left which was lovely. The coffee shop… were a lover for coffee and every morning we would go be told to sit down and he also remembered our order. It’s not very often you get the little things like this in a hotel but we honestly can’t fault any of it. All these little things are what make the hotel a make you want to come back! Would definitely recommend to anyone
