Avoid with all cost
Location is good Atmosphere is lively till 11 o’clock for the entertainment which isn’t in English so can’t understand most of it but lively. Rooms Wow were do I start dirty towels & bedding stinks & marks on them the pillows looked like tea bags disgusting couldn’t sleep on them even if someone was paying me. Lucky enough I take my own blankets etc because I was in shock looking at the state of them. Value for money I wouldn’t say it was worth it to be honest The food is catered for Russian & Italian people ate out due not being able to find anything to eat In there. Great selection of pools But due to people having intercourse I’m them we didn’t get in them. There’s fights breaking out in there and nothing happened overall I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I came here with my three kids, aged 5, 5 and 8, and they are absolutely loving it! There is always something going on, so the kids are busy, happy and entertained throughout the day.
The animation team is definitely one of the best things about this hotel! My kids literally don’t want to leave them — they are always around the animators, joining activities, playing and having the best time. Everyone on the team is incredibly friendly, patient and amazing with children. You can really see that they genuinely enjoy spending time with the kids and making them happy. A very special mention to Nastya — she is absolutely wonderful! ❤️ The kids adore her!
We’re also really happy with the food — lots of choice and everything we tried was delicious. The sea is beautiful, and swimming from the pier with masks and seeing all the colorful fish is another highlight.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, although they could use a little renovation. But overall, it’s been such an easy, fun and relaxing family holiday. The kids are happy from morning till evening — and as a mom traveling with three children, that’s probably the best review I can give! 😄❤️
Vacation with kids
We had an amazing stay! The biggest highlight was definitely the animation team — they are absolutely fantastic! So much energy, fun and entertainment every single day. A special mention to Nastya — she is simply THE BEST! ❤️ She made our holiday so much more fun and memorable.
The food was honestly great, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious. There’s also so much to do for kids — they were entertained all day long!
We loved swimming from the pier with masks and seeing lots of beautiful fish. The rooms could use a little upgrade, but they’re still comfortable and have everything you need.
Overall, amazing atmosphere, fantastic animation team, great food and tons of entertainment. We had such a great time and would definitely come back! ❤️

Lovley surprise to get upgraded on arrival. Front of house Michael has been amazing throughout our trip organizing a birthday cake to be in the room on arrival. All staff have been amazing. Kids entertainment amazing always getting kids involved. Food plenty full always something different. Pool are amazing always plenty of beds never overfilled. Shops on site reasonably priced. Beach lovley again always plenty of beds available.. Again big shout out to Michael on receptions he has been amazing and made our trip go smoothly nothing ever too much trouble.
Amazing hotel
Honestly when we arrived we got upgraded to a better room and the hotel is beautiful and the staff and the entertainment team are wonderful and the front off house Michael has been amazing helping us when we needed it sorting out everything
