Hotel is very nice and clean. 15 minutes from airport. Staff is nice and polite, always happy to help. Room cleaned every day, air-conditioning working good. Hotel territory big, but everything in easy access. Food is fresh and big choice, everyone can find his meal, good choice of desserts, nice coffee and fresh drinks. Bar's, my main criteria, 1 in dining room, 1 on the terrace, 2 on the reception, 2 on the beach, but 1 was under renovation. Aqua park, 3 swimming pools for children and 3 for 3 for adults. Very good place for it's money, would definitely recommend to visit with family. Time well spent and holiday was great.
Would recommend this hotel highly. It’s been a lovely experience for myself and the children. We have stayed here for two weeks and all the staff are amazing. They are brilliant with the kids especially the youngest. I have had towel wars with the cleaners, laughs with the entertainers, the life guards have been brilliant with all our boys. The food is decent slightly repetitive but I mean expected on a buffet restaurant. The manager Anwar was brilliant and always made sure we was looked after from first entering the hotel to leaving.
The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained and the staff are lovely and friendly. We paid for a swim up room in the Romance Ultra Inclusive Adults Only and the room was a decent size, very clean and the bar next to the pool run by Mohammed was great. This is where the positives stop. Only the pool next to the room is adults only, none of the restaurants are Adults Only. The restaurants were a huge disappointment, the main buffet was huge and quite frankly carnage not the hotel's fault - but children and adults shoving in front when there's clearly a queue, the food is overcooked and dry and the food on the buffet did not look appetizing. We ate mostly at the Royal Bay, as it was a little less busy and not quite as many unruly children - but the food was the same as the other buffets. As for the Al la Carte, we tried Layli - such a surreal night with the waiters cranking up the music and dancing around while we waited to be seated, the food was basically a buffet with some very very dry meat, absolutely not a la carte - we didn't get a menu for a start and they didn't serve wine, and found out later from other guests we should have had a starter, which we never got. The Fish Market Al la Carte was nice, but given you have to pay we extra we never went back. The Italian was probably the best, but it was still far from good. Second half of the holiday we stopped eating at the hotel, and we actually found that we do like Egyptian Food, it's just the hotel food we didn't like. The other issue was the number of power cuts we had 7 in total during a 10 night stay. 2 of which happened in the middle of the night, which obviously meant the A/C stopped working. Our room's electrics didn't come back on once - so an engineer had to come after a VERY hot night with no sleep. The reception assured us this happened across all of Sharm, but we left one evening during a power cut the lights were on in all the shops up on the main street, so feels like maybe they need to invest in their back up generators. Although the hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely, we'll be looking for an actual Adult's Only hotel and probably would avoid an all inclusive if we come back to Egypt in the future.
I stayed at the resorts for a week. The experience was incredible and what is so special and unique is the service, i went to layali restaurant the experience there was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Amazing food and great cook. Thanks to chef Mohammed and the service by mr Ahmed is incredible.
