Everything good, everything was ok
The hotel is very cheap, but it can be more clean, also the food was not really good, no variety and not really clean. As for the location, it is very far away from everything. The rooms are nice but not clean, I liked the colours of the hotel, but it needs a lot of work, and lot of renovation work. As for the value paid, it can be better in all aspects. The activity at the hotel is really bad, especially at night. In addition to all of this the WIFI is really bad there and it s only in the reception, in a very limited area of the reception. I would not go there again . The hotel has no smoking area, everyone smokes everywhere 😑 which really makes it bad for kids and people who needs fresh air.

The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The rooms and common areas were extremely dirty and clearly not maintained to a proper hotel standard. The overall condition of the hotel was poor and very different from what you would expect based on the advertised rating.
Even the Wi-Fi was only available in one small area of the lobby, which is unbelievable for a hotel nowadays. There was no proper Wi-Fi access in the rooms or throughout the resort.
Hygiene should be the minimum standard in any hotel, especially in a tourist destination like Sharm El Sheikh, but unfortunately this hotel failed badly in that area.
Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, facilities, and service. I would definitely not recommend staying here. It was a very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the mony
It was an amazing experience in our stay in the hotel especially the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the animation team for their efforts to make our stay wonderful and they made best surprise birthday party for my kids. I would like to thank all the staff.
Have had a really pleasant time staying here, the evening animation team are really welcoming and friendly whilst putting on great performances.
