⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Royal Albatros Moderna
We had a wonderful stay at Royal Albatros Moderna. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and pleasantly fresh-smelling. The hotel was well maintained, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety.
Special thanks to Mr. Metwally for his kindness and exceptional service. We also appreciate the manager, director, housekeeping, reception, chefs, restaurant team, and all the staff for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, and we are leaving with wonderful memories. Thank you, Royal Albatros Moderna, for an unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend it and would love to return! ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
OMEGA SPA experience ❤️
We had a lovely spa experience! Taghred who invited us was very polite and welcoming. She explained the different types of massages available without being pushy at all, which we really appreciated 😉 The massage itself was great, and having the double room so my husband and I could enjoy the experience together made it even more special. The staff were respectful, professional and made us feel comfortable throughout. Thank you to Shoaep, Manager for a lovely and relaxing experience - we really enjoyed it and would happily recommend it! 💝

من أحسن وأجمل الفنادق اللي نزلت فيها بجد إقامة ممتازة من كل النواحي.. نظافة فوق الوصف، وتيم استقبال وطقم ضيافة في منتهى الذوق والرقي، ناس هدفها الأول راحتك وبيحاولوا يسهلوا أي حاجة تقابلك بمنتهى الود. خدمة الروم سيرفيس ممتازة وسريعة جداً، وليا الشرف إني اتعاملت مع أ/ طه يوميا بيساعدنا في أن المكان يكون اجمل بيه هو ومستر أحمد صبري المشرف؛ كان عندي طلب بسيط اول ما وصلت الغرفة، في ثواني كان كل حاجة جاهزة والمشرف بنفسه جه اتأكد إن كل الأمور تمام. الحركة دي بصراحة بتعكس قد إيه الناس دي بتشتغل بضمير وبتحب مكانها بجد وحاسين بمسؤولية كبيرة تجاه الضيوف. حابب برضه أشكر من كل قلبي الأستاذ المحترم محمد عاشور، مفيش كلام يوفيه حقه.. إنسان في قمة الذوق، كان حريص كل يوم يطمن علينا ويسألنا لو محتاجين أي حاجة، لدرجة إن ولادي ارتبطوا بيه جداً وبقى ليهم معاه ذكريات حلوة. شكراً لكل فرد في الفندق خلّى إجازتنا مميزة وذكرى جميلة ليا ولأولادي مش هننساها أبداً. روح العيلة والجو الدافي اللي مالي المكان هو اللي بيفرقكم عن أي فندق تاني.. وإن شاء الله نكرر الزيارة قريب جداً! Easily one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had! Everything from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere was top-notch. The front desk and hospitality team are incredibly respectful, welcoming, and genuinely go above and beyond to make every detail of your stay effortless. The room service was quick and flawless. It was a real pleasure dealing with Mr. Taha and the supervisor, Mr. Ahmed Sabry. I had a minor request, and within seconds it was completely taken care of, with Mr. Ahmed personally following up to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of attention to detail shows how much the team truly cares about their work and takes genuine pride in their hotel. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mohamed Ashour—words really aren't enough. He checked in on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, and he was so warm and kind that my kids grew genuinely fond of him. Thank you to every single person who turned our trip into such a special, unforgettable memory for my family. The wonderful "family spirit" throughout the place makes all the difference, and we can’t wait to be back soon!
Amazing experience
It was an amazing experience. I will definitely come back over here. Everything was great. The location the view. The rooms were amazing and the employee’s there what makes the stay even more special; specially mohamed Metwalli he was amazing kept the rooms flawless and beautiful and always greeted us with a smile. I stayed at 1238 at the beach front it was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.
My experience in omega spa
It was such honorable experience to spend in this hotel especially in omega spa the service is amazing the cast and the work is incredible you should try it on you wont regret it
