Our vacation was good. Room cleaning we liked so much. Food and service in the restaurants we liked and enjoyed. Also here a lot of facilities for kids and they loved here. Thanks for all staff for care

Another great holiday at royal albertros moderna. Stayed room 3141 mohammed our cleaner was lovey always ready with a smile and very efficient. Would definitely recommend this hotel . All staff were friendly and helpful .

We stayed in room 3154 and want to express my special gratitude to Mohamed. He is such a hardworking, polite, positive and humble young guy who made sure our room was always spotless and pleasantly surprised us with cute towel art every day. 🌸
Also, I want to thank the whole staff, starting from the gardeners to the security guards. They are such hardworking people! Even under such intense heat, they never stop working and are always ready to smile. P.S. I wish they were paid properly, as they are doing an enormous job.
