Nice hote
Stayed here in April this year great hotel with fabulous staff. We were lucky enough to have a poolside bungalow which was lovely. Beach and beach club great but if you like snorkeling im afraid theres not much to see. Food was ok fairly repetitive but always something tasty. All in all great trip

One of our favourite places to visit second time in this hotel now and will definitely be back again staff can't do enough for you so friendly and helpful we went as a family of 13 in total and was always tables at breakfast lunch and tea for us staff always made sure we had everything we needed brought us drinks to table nothing was too much of an ask we had three birthdays while there and each person had a cake delivered to their room without Evan having to ask which was nice and there rooms where done nice by the cleaners talking of cleaners they go above and beyond every single day making sure everything is perfect for you the entertainment team are grate we spoke to serval of them daily and got on really well was nice to see them and have chats on daily always asking how you are and Making sure your ok it's so clean and tidy there is always people making sure everything is perfect all day every single day by far one of the best I've stayed at in sharm also never a problem getting sun beds always availablity as there is so many pools here which was perfect for the kids plus the waterpark the older kids loved the big slides but also the smaller children enjoyed the smaller sides and waterpark bit so it's perfect for all ages in my opinion the food is nice I always had something different every night the choice was good however if you are picky might not be so grate think it really depends on the individual overall I would 1000% recommend this hotel

Excellent Family Gateway
This was my first trip to Sharm El Sheikh, and honestly, Pickalbatros blew my expectations out of the water. I’ve stayed at plenty of all-inclusive resorts, and this one genuinely competes with the best of them.
Cleanliness is next level. There’s a huge team working around the clock to keep every corner of this massive resort spotless — they even rake the sand daily and stay on top of the landscaping non-stop.
Pools — there are around 13, each with its own theme. The main one by Capitano beach bar is the social hub, mostly because it’s right next to the main snack bar and where most of the daytime entertainment happens.
Entertainment is really the one area with room to improve. The daily pool games get repetitive fast, and the aqua gym is the only pool entertainment, everything else is just poolside activities. I recommend they do more pool funny games. The night shows could use more variety too. I want to add that they did a very nice pink party. This one was a real thing..
Food is solid — clean, well-prepared, and there are 6 restaurants to choose from, two of which are set-menu and require booking ahead. All of them delivered.
Staff are what really made this trip. A few standouts:
• Hamada, the housekeeping guy, folds towels into animal shapes for the kids every couple of days — genuinely an artist, and my kids loved it.
• Mahmoud, a pool waiter, was somehow covering two massive pools solo i guess and never missed a beat. He was like a real robot nonstop kid. attentive, upbeat, and clearly invested in guests having a great stay, not just doing his job.
• Mohammed at the front desk checked in on me daily over WhatsApp just to make sure everything was going smoothly. That kind of care doesn’t go unnoticed.
Safety is taken seriously cameras cover the entire property, and every pool has two lifeguards who are actually paying attention, not just sitting on their phones.
Location is convenient max 20 minutes to get anywhere.
One suggestion: offer imported spirits for an extra charge so guests have the option.
Random bonus — I got a haircut at the resort salon. Pricey, but worth it. Genuinely one of the best haircuts I’ve had; the barber knew what he was doing.
Overall, an excellent stay. The team went well beyond what I expected for an all-inclusive resort.
