Terrible food and drinks. My dog eats better. Thanks god there is a McDonalds and a good Chinese restaurant nearby. It's an absurd that we had eat out every day despite the fact that we had all inclusive.

You can go to the beach only up to 17:00, after that time you can't cross the Laguna Vista entrance. It is forbidden for the Laguna Club guests.

The only good things was, that all the resort is clean and the beds are comfortable.

Worst holidays in my life!

It was excellent specially the front desk was really helpful and all the people were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was good and had a good experience will come back again it was a great overall hope the best off everything thank you

Been Egypt every year. The Worst experience so far. This hotel is suitable for sleeping, but I recommend spending the day on the beach in the territory of Laguna Vista, where there is very good foods and workers. They are happy and friendly, like you want to see in your vocation.

The biggest disappointment was the cleaning of the rooms at 4-5 pm. After a day at the beach, if you want to rest, we always had to leave the room and make time. In addition, the entertainment staff are intrusive, wanting to write their own feedback on booking and tripadviser from your phone. We also booked this hotel because the good reviews but it is made by their own workers. Never seen this kind of behavior in Egypt before, very much room for development in every area. If you can, just book your vocation directly to Laguna Vista, the extra money is worth it.

Only workers who I can say thanks was in coffee bar.

Dissapointed

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to, other than the good facilities of the hotel, the personnel are always going beyond your expectations and offer services even without asking which something we should thank them about.

Beneficial things offered from staff, room upgrade, early check-in, honeymoon cakes twice, one in the room and one during our offered romantic dinner, late check-out.

I would like to thank all the staff and the hotel management for the service provided and would love to mention some of the names that I had the chance to remember
