I would like to thank the reception staff, Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Mahmoud, who were truly excellent. I would also like to thank Emad, the swimming pool staff member, and the housekeeping staff. To be fair, all the hotel employees provided wonderful service and treated guests in a very professional and friendly manner

🏨 Rooms The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent daily housekeeping. Beds are cozy and well‑maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, the accommodation provides good value for the price.

🍽️ Dining Breakfast offers fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes, while dinner includes Mediterranean and Egyptian options. However, food variety is limited, service can be slow, and there are not enough fresh juices or seasonal fruits such as mango. Guests cannot order freshly made juices on demand, which is disappointing for a resort of this level.

🌊 Pools & Beach Swimming pools are available inside the hotel, but the beach, water activities, and aquapark are all located in the second hotel (Laguna Vista). Guests must cross the street each time they want to access these facilities. For solo travelers or those with older children, this may be manageable, but for families with small kids or elderly guests, crossing the street daily is tiring and unsafe due to traffic and stray dogs.

🎉 Entertainment The animation team is lively, offering daily activities and enjoyable evening shows. They strike a good balance between fun and relaxation, ensuring guests can participate without feeling overwhelmed.

👨‍👩‍👧 Families Family‑friendly pools and kids’ activities are available, but the need to cross the street for beach and activities weakens the experience for families. Parents with young children or elderly relatives may find this inconvenient.

📍 Location The hotel is located in Nabq Bay – Sharm El Sheikh, a quieter area compared to Naama Bay. It’s perfect for peace and relaxation away from the crowds and noise. Small shops and restaurants are nearby, but for bigger nightlife or shopping, guests need a 15–20 minute drive to Naama Bay. The location suits those seeking calm, but less so for travelers who want vibrant nightlife right outside their door.
