The resort is located on the southern tip of Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, on the Red Sea coast. Guests can explore this magnificent place, well known with its beautiful sandy beaches. The beach hotel is set on 30 acres of landscaped gardens with waterfalls, rivers and 22 individually designed bridges. All tourist venues are easily accessible. The bus service to and from the airport is free of charge for all guests and is available on request. This air-conditioned hotel has a total of 329 rooms and suites. It offers a broad range of facilities including entertainment spots, conference facilities and a restaurant. Younger guests are offered a kids club and a playground. Parking is also available. The rooms and suites are decorated in Arabic, tropical and maritime themes. Each room is fully-equipped as standard including a satellite TV, Internet access and a balcony or terrace.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. Encounter the local wildlife with a safari, then enjoy a soak in one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Service was bad, The door locks were not working.
From the moment we arrived - late at night - we were welcomed, listened to and needs met.
The receptionist was very welcoming and informative, our bags were collected and were taken to our room which was a refurbished one and was beautiful, clean, and well presented.
We headed for food even though it was late we were catered for.
Throughout the week Sayeed the Restaurant manager checked in 2-3 times a day whether he saw us around d the pool, in reception or in the restaurant listening to how we were feeling and asking if we needed anything.
Our room attendant Mohammed went above and beyond always asking if we needed extras, making sure we were looked after. Leaving lovely towel creations and asking us about our stay. He was always around when we got back to the room to see and hear our shrieks of delight at the little gestures he left us and genuinely was happy that we were happy.
The chef at the snack bar - I forget his name - but went above and beyond every single day to provide fresh cooked food and fresh fruit, asking us about our stay and whether we required anything extra from him. He was always welcoming and showed genuine interest in us.
The spa manager Mohammed helped organise some treatments and when I got sunburnt was very quick to offer a treatment free of charge to ease my pain. After a bad experience of hair braiding in a local village he arranged for me to have it redone in his salon at a discounted price. The masseuse who provided my treatment was incredible and really took time to make sure I was comfy and identified pain areas for treatment. Each time I left feel relaxed, and looked after.
Our pool barman - Mohammed - greeted us each day with a smile and was always on hand with what we needed often coming to our sun lounger to see if we needed anything and providing us with some amazing concoctions.
All the staff we came across were warm, friendly and genuinely cared about our experience.
The hotel was clean and of a high standard.
The food was delicious and there plenty of variety from pizza and chips, kebabs, fresh fruit available every day, fresh fish night but with alternatives available.
We arranged a snorkeling and scuba diving trip through the dive centre and this was the most incredible experience with experienced staff who helped both if us overcome our anxiety and panic attacks about the trip. The food provided was lovely.
The only downside to the hotel was the lack of entertainment but as we were 2 adults travelling this wasn't an issue and I cant judge on whether it wpuld be different if there were more children in the hotel or whether this would be different peak season.
We did have a foam pool party one evening and in the mornings there was aqua aerobics. We also had 1 evening of a fire show which was great. Music played sporadically throughout the day. There was a beach foam party one evening but that was an additional cost which could've been included as part of the package as I dont think warranted the extra charge

I have had the best holiday in this resort. The people who working there are lovely, nothing was problem. Hilsham the manager looked after me so well. Room was clean, food was excellent with superb hygiene. It was my birthday, and they helped me celebrate with nice dinner, cake and singing happy birthday to me The pool area been maintained very well All and all 5* and be definitely coming back
I would like to take a moment to say how impressed I was with Sayed, the manager at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel incredibly welcome and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
He honestly couldn’t be more helpful if he tried. Anything I needed during my stay, Sayed was always happy to assist with, and he made sure everything was taken care of. He is a very well-mannered, respectful and genuine person, and it is clear that he takes great pride in his job.
You can tell that Sayed genuinely loves what he does by the way he carries himself and the way he treats every guest. He made me feel comfortable, valued and almost like I was at home rather than staying in a hotel.
It’s not often you come across someone who puts this much effort into making sure guests have a great experience. Sayed is a real credit to the hotel, and I truly appreciate everything he did during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and Sayed is a big reason why.
I genuinely believe people like Sayed are what make a hotel stand out from the rest. His attitude, professionalism and kindness are second to none, and he treats guests with a level of care and respect that you don’t always come across. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him, and he always went out of his way to make sure I was happy and comfortable.
He represents the hotel extremely well, and I hope the management team recognises just how valuable he is. His customer service is exceptional, but more importantly, he is simply a genuinely good person who clearly cares about the people staying at the hotel. I will remember the way Sayed treated me throughout my stay, and if I return in the future, I would be delighted to see him again.
