Mohammed from the pool bar is fantastic Great service, lovely personality and always so happy. Made us feel so welcome every time we went to the bar and never failed to make us laugh he made our stay even better. Thankyou mohammed and we hope to see you again next year

We had a wonderful stay at Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the waterpark offers lots of fun for all ages.

We had a fantastic stay at Parotel Lagoon and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! The hotel provided a lovely atmosphere, making it a great place to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and make some wonderful memories.
A special mention has to go to Move Entertainment, whose animation team really helped make the holiday extra special. The entertainment, activities, and sports animation brought so much fun and energy to the holiday, making every day more enjoyable.

He makes people feel welcome, gets everyone involved, and brings so much positive energy to the animation team.
