Pool

This hotel comes as 5 star. Definitely not 3 star at most. Hotel rooms were grubby and smelly. Fridge didn't work. Bed linen grubby. Got lots of bites. Corridors to rooms were dirty. Food was terrible same selection every day and night. There forever paying fully inclusive you go hungry. Or visit mcdonalds. Kids food was pathetic.
Serving dishes dirty chefs grubby. Pools weren't heated so no fun. 

The staff however were very nice and welcoming. They were very helpful.

What a fantastic stay. 2nd time here came same time last year. Staff so friendly cannot do enough for you. The lifeguards are really lovely and great with the kids.  Are room was fantastic had the same one as last year always cleaned every day and nice towel designs on the bed.  Made some really good friends especially Muhammed.  He goes above and beyond for you. Hopefully back in October otherwise March next year.

Fantastic

The hotel complex itself is pretty decent. Lovely pools and good water slides with lots of lifeguards. Garden view rooms are quieter. Main lobby bar plays very loud music until 11pm and the main pool had loud music too. There are quieter pools behind the villas.  
Food was average, very repetitive, the lunch hall was huge, fairly big queues and the tables left uncleared and not cleaned up enough during service. 
Drinks were poor. Juice and wine watered down. Alcohol was disgusting and undrinkable. Beer, sprite and coffee were the only drinks that were ok. 
The ‘healthy snacks’ were fries and hot dogs or fries and nuggets. 
Beach a short ride away, you need water shoes as it’s rocky, do not go in the public toilet I was scarred for days by what I saw! Went on the boat snorkelling trip, full day and a really good lunch, worth £25pp You get told you can try 5-10 mins diving for free but once you are kitted up it’s you can see if you are ok in the water then it actually costs £90 for 10-15 mins dive.
Understandably people are constantly trying to upsell you, first day at the pool we were offered beauty salon services, photography, snorkelling, diving, etc out in Sharm at night same thing, need to be clear and comfortable saying no thank you. Restaurants in Sharm / Naama Bay are good and reasonably priced if you tire of the hotel food. As this trip was reasonably priced at £650 pp all inclusive with flights & car parking you can’t complain too much, just wanted to manage your expectations!

Food great all the staff are amazing. 

Really engaging entertainment team, bar and restaurant staff. Very nice and helpful super friendly. Had a great time!

Daytime entertainment was fantastic and good for all ages there was something for everyone. 

The night time disco for the children was perfect and later entertainment for the older ones was very enjoyable. Loved all the staff! 

Would definitely go again!!
