brilliant family holiday
We stayed at parrotel for a week, the food was ok nothing special the bbq was the best, on our second from last day they opened the English restaurant the food was more for us just a shame this wasn't open from the beginning.
Our overall holiday was brilliant we just relaxed the staff are amazing they can't do enough for you, the pool bar was brilliant mamud (barman) and hussain (lifeguard) made our holiday, they kept our sunbeds with towels set out cleaned them away and kept our refreshments coming all day everyday, the entertainment team and the water polo made the holiday fun my son loved it. If you tip them they will look after you you whole holiday , thank you to all the staff you made our stay enjoyable we really enjoyed our family holiday 😀

Mahmoud is a massive credit to the hotel
Bar tender above reception was incredible. Made the whole holiday for us. He’s a credit to the hotel and deserves a pay rise. Mahmoud is so friendly and gives great service. The cleaners are so friendly too. The afternoon entertainment could be better but funny nonetheless.
my experience
Hotel itself is very beautiful, pools and slides are amazing. Rooms are very spacious and big, food is alright, very repetitive and boring. Entertainment needs to be a lot better, the only active workers are Boda and Khalid.
Family holiday
We are having a lovely time. Food can be hit and miss. Staff will do everything for you. They r very helpful especially Khaled from (animation team) and Jimmy Jimmy (towel guy) Khaled took us to Soho on a minibus and we had brilliant time. He's very kind, friendly and professional. Cleaning staff are great too. The art they make with towels is a nice touch. All these guys work very hard.
