This luxurious hotel is situated in Sharm El Sheikh, with on-site shopping amenities and just a 7 minute walk to the nearest beach. It is also only 5 km to the airport. In this well-furnished hotel guests can expect a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The air-conditioned, spacious rooms are wholly fitted with modern facilities and a balcony or terrace. During the day, guests may opt to relax at the 2 swimming pools, or on the sun terraces beside them, complete with complimentary loungers and parasols. Alternatively they may choose to make use of the hotel spa, which offers guests a range of massages and health and beauty treatments, as well as a hot tub and steam baths. Sport enthusiasts may take advantage of the tennis and volleyball courts.
Relax and unwind with massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 7 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Currently staying here. Hairdryer not working nor the phone to call reception so had to walk to reception to inform them & still not resolved. Water for shower/bath very cold so had to boil kettle to get a warm bath. Not allowed to take one plastic cup from one bar to another. Kept saying they were glass but clearly were plastic. The food is ok. But there's alot of "slop" & their food. Definitely not worth the money. Especially all inclusive. They also decide to do maintenance work on a night. So lots of drilling/banging late. Not ideal
Would just like to praise some of the wonderful staff who go above and beyond for their customers. Firstly Mahmoud our housekeeper who cleaned our room 7211 thoroughly and made some wonderful towel art most days which always gave us a giggle. Always lovely and pleasant and would go out of his way to please. Secondly Mohammed at the Island Pool inside of the lazy river who was always pleasant, friendly and greeted us with his beautiful smile everyday, we hope you heal after your accident and thank you for always assisting with the towels they do get heavy. Thirdly the two waiters in the Piper restaurant Hagaze and Alaa, who greet you with a smile, go and get ours drinks order and make sure there is a table for 7 available for us. Parrotel Aqua Park you have 4 genuine hard working and dedicated staff.

Where to start. If it wasnt for the staff being absolutely amazing then id be giving a 1* review. TAKE THIS WARNING VERY SERIOUSLY If youre going with kids then be prepared for them to eat very very little. The food is terrible. We spent around £1400 on eating out. It really is that bad. Families (including us) were constantly ordering in Mcdonalds (wasnt very nice either) to the hotel. Rooms were ok, nothing special but manageable. Cleaners constantly cleaning & topping up bottled water. The photographs on the travel agent sites are taken years ago. Aqua park unpainted for years. The staff are the stars of the place. Absolutely amazing but sadly id never go back to this place. We were sucked in by all the 5* reviews. God knows how anyone can give 5*. Pay that little bit extra & go to a 5* hotel. Please dont make the same mistake we did.
There's a lot that this Hotel could and should improve on mainly food and renovations but the staff on the main make this place and I have to mention three absolute gems we have met whilst staying here. Ahmed, pool life guard, putting that seems to undersell this guy massively as he has been so much more than that, not just to our party of four adults but watching him with other families from all nationalities spending time playing with kids around the pool so that parents get an important 5 minutes break always helpful,sorting sun beds towels etc. absolute fantastic person making sure that wherever possible the important part of the time spent around his pool is the best it could possibly be. Mohammed, the barman in the Panorama Bar is everything a barman should be, very attentive from the moment you walk in his bar until the time you leave every time without feeling intrusive, regularly checked to insure we had drinks and such a friendly pleasant person. Moatasem, cleaner, the room we stayed in was at best tired but we always felt that the room was clean to a high standard and the towel sculptures were always fun to see on our return from the pool, so good that at times it was disappointing to dismantle in order to shower. Went to beach twice on our two week stay both days were red flags so unable to swim or snorkel, gave up after that as a bit of a treat from Paratel Aqua Park through Paratel Beach Resort and across quite a busy road to get there. Requests to reception took absolute ages, even after numerous calls, no running hot water and then no water for showers, no towels and even had to go to a family members room to shower. There is quite a lot of Airplane noise as the Hotel is close to the Airport. We ended up going out most nights to either Soho Square or one of the independent restaurants located close to the Hotel for our evening Meal as buffet extremely repetitive and please do yourself a favour and not even bother with the Hotels al a carte and having to pay out nearly every night for food tipped this very much into the not value for money category.
