My experience at this place was absolutely phenomenal. The staff couldn’t have grafted harder and been more accommodating of me, my partner, 4year old daughter and 9month old son. Jimmy in the restaurant was absolutely brilliant, he welcomed you like an old time friend not a guest, attending to every slightest need with the upmost diligence, the man needs a raise! Khaled and fagaze were also amazing. Mustafa and Mahmoud need a massive shout out at the top bar, these guys were hilarious, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile. Fifo and the guys on entertainment were so good with the kids, interactive, gentle and so much fun. Moaom and Ali who would work entertainment bars and one of the pool bars were awesome, teaching us Arabic words and constantly interacting with us and the kids. Giza the photographer needs a big mention, his work is sensational and his attitude is amazing to life. Armando was amazing sorting out our boat trip. Mohamed our cleaner was a legend, our room was kept in perfect order and he would create a different animal every morning from towels for our daughter, they were epic and made her little day! The lifeguards were awesome, Ahmed and ibrahem needs special mentions, constantly attending to my daughter and interacting and ensuring they were safe, and having jokes with us as we eased our way round the lazy river. Haithan who gave my partner a massage was also amazing. Aymah the chef was brilliant, highly skilled and there was always an amazing selection. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
We came from cairo We are 4 people this first time to visit parrotel aqua park it’s really beautiful place we like every thing here the pools and aqua park And the entertainment team are amazing people
This is not first time to come here every year i coming with my family and we all love this hotel it really amazing and we feeling comfortable with everything We are from Alexandria me and my wife and our children and they loved the aqua park sooo much All stuff are friendly and the animation team have alot of shows and they are powerful and they have a very good vibs 😍😍
Don’t take your family here! It is a sub standard site with little interest by staff in improvement. The food was basic at best with little variety and no options for children. At meal times more often than not we had to clear the table after the last people had left it. Glasses were often cracked and dirty. It was little wonder that several members of our group developed severe stomach problems after a few days, which majorly impacted the rest of our holiday. The water slides were poorly maintained and there were never enough staff to open more than half the slides at any one time. The lifeguards were varying their interpretation of the safety rules and regulations depending on group’s nationality. The evening entertainment was woeful, with a small disco for the children being the highlight. The staff then became rude when we left to go back to our room, as we were one of only four or five tables in. Although the rooms were generally clean and tidy, the public space toilets were among the worst I’ve ever seen, completely unusable for children (and probably some adults too) The À la carte restaurant is no different from the short falls of the main restaurant, when our food arrived it was obvious that it had been under a heat lamp for the last hour, the plain cheese pizza we ordered had soggy bases tasting weird and cheap. There was never more than one barman working so getting g a drink was always lengthy and difficult. A few positives, but nowhere near enough to consider going here; The pools were well maintained, the water quality was good and cleaned daily. The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent and a welcome relief from the 40 degree heat outside.
A disappointing stay, a lot of the pictures available online and elsewhere show this place before years and years of neglect and lack of investment.
Wouldn’t recommend coming here, entertainment is shocking they advertise different things going on however it’s completely different. The pools have got mosquitoes in and don’t get cleaned properly, the towels seem to not get washed and just dried they was all dirty however cannot fault the house keeper as he made the rooms look 10/10 every single day and made animals with towels. The food was shocking as they seem to mostly only cater to Arabic and Russians, there is an English restaurant but it isn’t the best especially if you have picky eaters. The excursions i would not recommend paying as they come around the pools when trying to relax and charge at least £50 pp when they are cheaper online. To book taxis with the hotel they charge £30 for a 10min drive (download the app called inDrive for cheaper taxis as the prices the hotel charge is extremely expensive for the distance you are travelling). I have been bit so much within one night on my last day from head to toe quite literally my stay here was 10nights and I will not be coming back. The staff are really nice but the cleanliness of this place is disgusting. There is stray cats and dogs that roam around the place which are carrying fleas. We had 2 rooms one on the bottom floor and the other the level above and a white cat which was filled with fleas crawling all over it tried getting into the bottom floor room through the door whenever it was open and it would also hide underneath the couch which is outside on the balcony. They also had to be told to shut down the wave pool many times as some kid was sick in it when they should have already got everyone out as soon as they saw it happen! It definitely isn’t worth how much they charge to stay here and definitely isn’t a 4 star hotel. I would highly not recommend this place very bad experience AND WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!
