The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful particularly the hotel general manager Mr Adam, the recreation manager Mr Taher and assisrant recreation manager Mr Gamel but everyone is very accommodating. They cannot do enough for you. I have been coming to this hotel for 21 years as the service is so good. Pool areas are kept clean and tidy. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained but if you experience any problems everyone will do their utmost to rectify them very quickly. Food is very good and varied. Nothing is too much trouble for these lovely people.
Not there yet but would like to no if theres a iron in your room?also if possiable our rooms could be close to restaurant as my mother cant walk far.We come out 18th sept till 2nd oct under the name Dodds 2 rooms 2 kids 3 adults much appreciated if you can assist thank you
