We stayed in a Nubian Village from June to July. It was a fantastic vacation – the food, the hotel, the bar, the staff, the sea and the beach were great. The animators especially stood out – they were bright, energetic, kind and hardworking (from morning until late at night). They held various events: water aerobics, volleyball, evening shows, etc.. They energized us for the whole day. The whole team welcomed us warmly and did not let us get bored. The evening performances were particularly memorable, with something new and exciting happening every night. This resort is incredibly loud, music is banging all day until very late at night. You can hear it for miles down the beach at all the other resorts. Thankfully the Cleopatra resort next door does not pound the music so there isn’t a battle of who can play it loudest otherwise this would be a disaster
Beach does not have any wind breakers so is unusable on days with any wind
I have been to Sharm El Sheikh three times and this hotel offers the worst value-for-money ratio. I'm still staying at this hotel and I have to be honest: the staff are working really hard, but the devil is in detail. You won't believe it, but you won't get a stable wifi connection anywhere on the premises, not even in the lobby, which means extra money will have to be spent on a local SIM. The sea is too shallow for swimming. There is a pier that could do the trick for avid swimmers and snorklers, but the ladder at the pier is dangerously short and you will need the assistance of a life guard to get out of the water. The food at the main restaurant is repetitive. I have to give credit to the chefs for serving beef which is an expensive type of meat but please please stop cooking it in a way that makes it impossible to chew! The hotel seems to have a policy of rationing toilet paper and paper tissues at breakfast and lunch: we never got more than two rolls a day and three (I mean it!) tissues per table. It's so annoying to have to ask for such little and obvious things! Mini discoes take place in a space called "Theatre" at Nubian Island, which is essentially a basement that smells like an old mouldy cellar and has depressingly low ceilings... I could go on and on... I can't wait to fly home! The worst Egypt experience ever!
We had an incredible time here! The staff is truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
There’s never a dull moment, with activities running from early morning until late at night. The resort’s vast territory is filled with top-notch amenities, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The animation team is outstanding—kind, passionate, and always engaging. After spending seven days here, you genuinely feel like part of a warm and welcoming community.
The food is another highlight! With a wide variety of cuisines, even the pickiest eaters will find something they love. We were traveling with a very selective six-year-old, and finding meals for her was never an issue. The kids’ animation program was just as impressive, keeping the little ones entertained and happy throughout our stay.
This place is absolutely worth visiting, and we’ll definitely be back! A huge thank you to every staff member for making our holiday truly special.
A huge thank you to Alina and Natasha from the animation team for keeping us entertained and happy, Ahmed (lifeguard at the pool) for ensuring our group always had sunbeds, and the amazing bar staff for always being nice and kind to us, even when we order 12 different drinks during the rush time.
Shoutout to the DJ for playing our favorite songs, to Amadeo and Hesham, and every staff member who made our stay unforgettable. We truly felt like family—can’t wait to be back!
