I recommend you this hotel for a good entertainment experience with live performances (jaz, vocal, etc.), a very diversity food and relaxing atmosphere. My first impression is good and I would come back here again next year with pleasure.
We had a great family stay at Jaz Mirabel Beach. The territory is gorgeous—easily the most beautiful hotel in the bay. The food was delicious and varied, and the small but excellent water park was a hit with the kids. Special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Menna, who was very attentive to our difficult situations and helped resolve them all. Highly recommended for families!
Rooms are severely outdated hence there are no pictures of the rooms on their website. They was little to no entertainment apart from two people singing on the podium every night, food was the same everyday, not much day activities. It was just bland.
First thank you to reception for accommodating our request we stayed in room 5134. Nice size room with nice comfy beds, fridge and coffee/tea facility we got fresh milk from breakfast room or bar with no problems bottled Into water was replaced daily ,bathroom which was also nice size was walk in shower with body wash/shampoo, good shower and also hair dryer. Food was ok you could always find something to eat (my personal choice would like Food hotter) all staff were friendly and polite and always asking if everything was ok or did we need anything. Alcarte were nice with good service we tried the new steak our waiter was Moataz who looked after us well Asian restaurant was also nice with good service there was no rush in service,( sorry forgot waiters name) Italian was also nice our waiter Jafer looked after us well . We would also like to thank guest relations who were helpful Jevana / Rachel.we recommended this hotel to friends that had never been to Egypt before and they all enjoyed there stay and said they would return as would I, well done to all staff.
Another fantastic holiday at Jaz Mirabel Beach. Staff always amazing, special shout out to meena from guest relations for going above and beyond in helping organising a special meal for our 30th wedding anniversary and just generally being there for any problem or queries. Mustafa at the restaurant (family) who looked after us, morning, noon and night for the 2nd year running. This man made sure we were never without our coffee and often saw us coming and had a table waiting for us! The jaz entertainment team from what we experienced were really good and we doing exactly what the team are there to do : entertain. All in all the staff we encountered were amazing and helpful, not for tips but through choice. The food was really good and plentiful. Do not go and expect a full English, sausage and chip's etc, if that's what you want go to Europe! We will definitely be back. Thank you Jaz Mirabel Beach.
