It was like staying with the best family ever, even though it’s the first time that we met all the staff animation team restaurant workers even the cleaners had genuine interest in your well-being and I can’t thank them enough. It was a holiday to give my mom a break the amount of love that she was shown the amount of care and attention to detail that she was shown from the tours to the restaurant to the reception. Amazing.

A really nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable with excellent staff. Unfortunately the food in the main restaurant was very disappointing, often very samey and not hot. A shame really but from other reviews not an isolated issue.
Just returned from a week at the Jaz mirabel beach resort (Sept 26). We had an excellent time and found the hotel very good with very little to find fault with. Family of 6, parents, daughters and boyfriends. Three rooms. 2188, 2185 and 2172. All excellent and well kept, clean and tidy. Immaculate grounds, gardens and buildings. You can see the staff take a real pride in their work. Special mentions to our room cleaner Sammy who looked after 2 of the 3 rooms. Always with a smile on his face and kept us amused with his towel art daily. Another special mention to the waiters in the adult dining room Amin and Mohammed looked after us daily and were great. Menna from guest relations was excellent and spoke to us daily checking in and felt like a personal touch making sure everything was ok. The only very small frustration was the digital room cardkeys loosing their memory- meaning a trip back to reception to have it reset. Happened a few / too many times during our stay and meant a long walk back to reception in the heat. We found out at the end of our stay the card keys don’t like to be placed near a mobile phone or get wet. Hard when they’re in a bag or beach shorts pocket. I think the reception team could give some guidance on ‘keys dos and don’ts’ as changing the full key infrastructure won’t be easy but some simple guidance could have saved my legs….. The food in the restaurants was good, plenty of choice and variety, always a choice. We’ve been to hotels were everything tastes the same and this was not the case here! The beach snack bars were also a hit and good quality. The snorkelling off the pier is excellent, but be prepared for a long walk down the pier. Beach shoes are a well advised addition to packing due to the coral sand, which we picked up from others reviews. We had one trip out of the hotel to Soho square. It’s worth a visit. Busy, modern shops and fairly hassle free with no hard selling. We used the indrive app to book two taxis to and from Soho. It’s like uber, but is fairly new to sharm. I upped the ‘offer price’ and selected the premium cars as you get what you pay for. If you’re familiar with Uber it’s easy to use. We’d definitely recommend the Egypt and the Jaz Mirabel beach.
