Jaz Mirabel Resort

Very good holiday enjoyed every last bit of it. Sherif at front desk want to shout him out because we lost our 4 year old luggage and it was 2 am and he was extremely helpful and helped to locate it. Tony macaroni in the onsite shop was an absolute star, he fixed my daughter's floaty and it wasn't even brought from him for free!!!! He was so helpful and really friendly gunna miss you Tony Macaroni lol x Peter in the handbag shop was an absolute diamond he was extremely friendly and gave me an amazing deal thank you Peter. How can I forget Ruben from the park side of the hotel he took us to the Hardrock cafe where we had a Karaoke and he can deffo sing and than we watched the England match was a fun night. The hotel had the bestest ever entertainment, the white party was so good and the beach party's was also amazing. My kids enjoyed the whole holiday food to me wasn't all that but again im so picky but some dishes was ok. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars. Rooms was clean, pools was clean, staff are extremely friendly. Thank you Jaz Mirabel we will be back again xxxxx

Before I start, when you find a problem, let the hotel know, they will sort it, within hours, it no good moaning about it when you come home, Location was right beside the beach, I walked most days past the rest of the hotels, situated on the beach, I found this beach to be the cleanest, The bar on the beach was very and tidy, the guys couldn't do enough, The room was kept clean tidy, our cleaner couldn't do enough, The restaurants they had families and adults only, good choice of food, they couldn't do enough, they was on top of everything cleaning up behind The entertainment at night times, they smashed it, I would like to thank menna from customer service, her department couldn't do enough, any problems, she was on top of it, Its a pity it not like that over here, A big thanks to the gardeners, the waiter and waitress, receptionist, bar staff, it was a real pleasure staying at the hotel, we hope to go back one, but for us life is for living

I have stayed at many hotels in Egypt, some were supposedly 5 star, none have compared with this hotel. What stood out amongst all this and any other hotel not just in Egypt but the world, and I have travelled many many countries, was the level of professionalism and care I and my family received. While I was there I became quite ill and almost immobile, I hasten to add it was not the food or drinks. Up stepped a young lady called Menna, her round the clock care for me was absolutely outstanding and no matter what time of day I messaged or rang Menna she answered immediately and took care of not just me but my Family. Never in any hotel in the world have I met a more caring and professional worker than this lady, nothing and I genuinely mean NOTHING was too much trouble for her, even when she went home to her family she was continuously making sure her staff saw to my very need. Jaz Mirabel, superb Menna, AMAZING !!! Thank you Menna.
