The wonderful place!
We visited the hotel in August 2026. It’s a wonderful hotel, one of the best in Sharm el‑Sheikh. The rooms are clean, and the staff is excellent. We would especially like to thank the bar staff — they are very responsive and pleasant. The hotel staff resolves any issues quickly and efficiently; thank you for that. We will definitely come back here again. See you! My room number is 8112. Special thanks to Wagdy, the bar manager, a wonderful person and an excellent employee.

Nightmare vacation start

Being here for only half a day has already been a terrible experience. The rooms are dated and poorly maintained, the sheets are old and covered in lint, and I'm pretty sure the bathrooms haven't been updated since this hotel opened. Everything is moldy and rusty, and even the fridge is full of mold.
This is my second time in Sharm El Sheikh, and I honestly can't believe how different the experience is compared with my previous stay. We stayed in a 4-star hotel last time as well, and the difference in quality is enormous.
I find it difficult to believe that this is a 4-star hotel. Based on the current condition, cleanliness, and maintenance, I would consider it a 3-star hotel at best. Very disappointing, especially considering the expectations that come with a 4-star rating.

Zen restaurant is good , the service is fast but don’t expect the food to look like in the pictures , and don’t get the soups
