The spacious and bright rooms and suites offer unparalleled comfort and luxury complemented by dramatic sea, garden or pool views. Visitors may revel in 5 exceptional restaurants serving mouth-watering dishes including seafood, barbecue and Italian specialties, which might be followed by a drink from one of the welcoming bars. Those who covet a relaxing downtime may lounge at the sun terrace or plunge one of the 4 shimmering pools, while the youngest guests may romp of the 4 paddling pools. There is also a well-equipped gym, a diving centre and a spa, for all those wishing to balance the body and soul.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Our stay at Continental Plaza Beach Resort was defined by the hotel's vast space, which is easily navigated by club cars to reach the beach and theater.
The arrival process was seamless with free parking, though management should consider adding shade or covering for the parking area, as the sun gets extremely hot for parked vehicles.
The front desk team, led by Mr. Mohab and his staff, including Ahmed Adnan, provided exceptional service—ensuring our three rooms were ready quickly and providing upgrades to a prime location.
The Food and Beverage team, directed by Mr. Eslamy, is excellent across the board, including the talented teams at both the Oriental and Italian restaurants as well as the entire kitchen staff. A special mention goes to Chef Hamdy, who truly stood out with his delicious and wonderfully prepared pasta! The bar team—including Kareem, Mohamed Sameh, Ahmed Tharwat, and the rest of the staff—delivers great service, though the overall beverage variety could still be enriched to offer better selection.
Room cleanliness and housekeeping standards were exceptional, complete with premium amenities, while the resort’s beautifully landscaped grounds were impressively maintained and remarkably free of insects.
The Lifeguard team, supervised by Mr. Arafah, is outstanding, with Hossam demonstrating exceptional vigilance. Despite the large number of swimming pools, every single one of them is remarkably clean and far superior to what you find at other hotels. The wave pool is a great feature, though extending its operational hours would enhance the experience.
Finally, the animation team is acceptable, but needs adjustments for higher quality entertainment.
All these improvements reflect the positive impact and hospitality led by General Manager Mr. Khaled Zaki.
If you want to ruin your vacation, you just pick this resort. Rooms are terrible, food that you cannot eat! Kitchen and everything in the kitchen area is dirty and broken... Full of drunk Russians and a very tiny beach.
Ihave been here for a week it’s amazing hotel nice and delicious restaurants very polite workers here and everyone smille , rooms are clean and the view is wonderful Animation team active and have atmosphere, evening programs and the parties by pool ,, foam and color party i realy enjoyed so much I would come back again definitely ,, thanks for all team animation

Location is good atmosphere not bad rooms are very very bad and the buffet is very poor and no verity I could have booked a better hotel for the same value
