Fantastic pools and slides
We had a really lovely stay at Charmillion Club Aqua Park. The hotel is clean, well maintained and has something for everyone. The slides and pools are absolutely amazing.
The food can become a little repetitive and the buffet is so busy but the à la carte restaurants were a real highlight and the food there was nice.
The staff were fantastic, and a special mention absolutely has to go to Nady and Milad. They really went above and beyond to look after us and made such a difference to our stay. They were friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They deserve a massive thank you! ❤️
Guest Relations were also very helpful and easy to contact via WhatsApp, which was really convenient whenever we needed anything.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the reception staff. We found them to be very rude and unwelcoming, which was a real shame and, in our opinion, lets an otherwise fantastic hotel down. If we had a question or needed help with something simple, such as accessing the à la carte restaurants or getting the Wi-Fi working, they often seemed uninterested in helping. It was particularly disappointing because we had already heard that other guests had mentioned similar experiences with reception.
Hopefully the hotel management can address the issues with reception, because with that improved, this could be an even better experience.

Amazing place would definitely return!!
Charmillion club aqua club what a place!! Try keep it short and sweet but this place totally amazed me! Room is so spacious we upgraded to a family suite which is two bedrooms. There is so much room and the air con is amazing , much needed from the August heat! The kids absolutely loved the slides lifeguards are the best !! Credit to the hotel the half pipe man wow he took to my son and goes above and beyond to make your experience a great one!! The food tasted brilliant! The restaurant is chaos but were is it not when all inclusive! Booked to go Italian restaurant one night and food was lovely!! Don’t worry about getting water from the shops you can get bottled water from most bars to use to drink or to use to clean teeth with for free!! All water from machine in bars and restaurant is all bottled mineral water even the ice cubes and the salad is all washed bottled water which is amazing!!! Not one of us got ill very clean and maintained at this hotel!! The entertainment is okay but be warned it is very hot and flys can become a pest to you while watching the shows!! The pools are all great and very clean! Life guards work hard to keep area clean all day!! One issue is some people are very ignorant and rude and messy but just ignore them and don’t let them get there own way they can be pushy! Shuttle bus to the beach is a bonus but be prepared to very warm on this no air con on there just warm air but good news is it’s 5 mins down the road!! Overall amazing place great holiday would definitely go back to this hotel and area! Staff all work very hard!!!

Amazing experience at Charmillion Club Aqua Park
Mohammed.daif was an outstanding host in the restaurant/bar. He was friendly, attentive and patient with a lovely smile. Thank you so much for welcoming us! The hotel was clean and plenty to go for the kids!
If you want to waste money and valuable annual leave this is your resort!
We stayed at Charmillion Club Aqua Park from 18-25 August 2026 as a family of 4 (All Inclusive, booked through easyJet holidays). This resort is marketed as 5-star. It is not. We've stayed at 4-star resorts that offered a far better experience. Food: Poor quality and repetitive. More seriously, we explicitly requested vegetarian pasta at the pasta station - we are Hindu and vegetarian for religious reasons. We were served four dishes containing meat. The restaurant manager, Ahmed, confirmed the error. This isn't a minor mistake; it's a complete disregard for guests' religious dietary requirements and caused real distress to our family. Noise: Constant disturbance day and night, including 2am. We had specifically requested a quiet room. Guest relations dismissed us, saying we already had a "good room" and nothing could be done since we'd unpacked. No alternative offered. Room: Visible wear and maintenance issues well below 5-star standard. Photos attached. Aquapark: Staff were seen daily pushing dirty floor water into the pool - a serious hygiene concern at a family resort. Chronic shortage of donuts/ring inflatables for the slides, with no staff managing the situation. Slides also close at 1:30pm for lunch, leaving the main attraction unavailable during peak hours. Bar: Queue jumping by local guests was routine and never challenged by staff. As All Inclusive guests we were regularly left waiting. We paid for what was sold as a luxury 5-star family holiday. What we got was a substandard experience that fell significantly short of the advertising. There were good staff like Hossam (Taxi), Mina (Sports bar), Milad (Pool Bar) and Chef Mohammed (Indian restaurant). Cleaner Ali, was pushy asking for money to clean to higher standard but that even fell short. He wanted us to fill out feedback forms on the spot but I refused. If you want to book al carte, good luck, Mexican menu is not advertised therefore youre booking an experience you do not know what you will eat. Indian is the same but options for daal makhani and rice was good. Drinks were poor and ice cream was only available 2 out of 7 days we were there. We asked for Granola and Guest relations said it was too expensive, also asked for hash browns, but offered soya nuggets. I would not visit Egypt or Sharm el sheikh again. Its very much so take your money and offer substandard services. We starved and this is the first holiday we were eager to come back. I saw Lifeguards cleaning the floor and pushing dirty water into the kids pool. Much catered to local tourists, who have concept of queuing and the staff will work hard for Arabic speakers. Many staff do no speak English and are often underpaid relying on tips - which a problem defined by the hotel resort and not the customers. I only give tips based on the holiday experience.
Fab for families
First time doing all inclusive with young family and hotel did not disappoint. Rooms cleaned daily- friendly housekeepers ( Mohammed - 1622) hotel always clean and tidy.
Pools, kids pool and water park amazing for all the family. Could ALWAYS get a sun-bed what ever time of day so no need to do 6am wake up!!! Life guards everywhere and very attentive but also had fun with the children.
All staff friendly especially pool bar staff and staff in Mexican restaurant- Ahmed and Mohammed.
Day time entertainment team excellent. Night time entertainment bit poor after mini disco, would have expected more professional acts to come in and entertain as it’s 5* however didn’t spoil our holiday.
Food nice and variety every night but bit samey. However liked they had a children’s hot table separate which meant we could get Tomato pasta, rice, chips quickly as main restaurant did get chaotic at times - however went height of season so again to be expected. No dodgy tummies! Get choice with 4 al carte restaurants to choose from.
Shops in hotel great inc pharmacy, fab choice and great price so no need to trek into the next town.
Shuttle bus to beach easy service!
Everyone spoke excellent English
Only 10mins transfer to airport so perfect for families.
Overall highly recommend
