Fantastic Family Holiday – With an Unexpected Medical Adventure! ☀️🦟
We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at Charmillion Aqua Park and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bedroom, separate twin bedroom, tea and coffee facilities and bottled water.
Food was good, although we struggled for choice on a couple of evenings, particularly seafood night. However, pizza, pasta, chips and bread were always available. Drinks and service were excellent throughout.
The pools and aqua park were brilliant for all ages, especially the wave pool twice daily!
Cleanliness across the resort was very good, although the poolside toilets could benefit from more frequent checks, particularly with children using them independently.
The staff truly made our holiday! Special thanks to Nadi, our wonderful waiter, who remembered our drinks every evening. Our lovely room attendant surprised us with fantastic towel creations daily, and the photography team captured some beautiful family memories.
Now for the unexpected adventure! The mosquitoes decided I was the best thing on the all-inclusive menu! 😂 A quick visit to the pharmacy for antihistamine cream turned into a trip to the clinic for IV treatment!
The pharmacist, doctor and medical team were absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional and caring, they even stopped to check on my recovery whenever they saw me around the resort. I cannot thank them enough!
Working in hospitality myself, I appreciate the effort that goes into creating a great guest experience, and the team certainly delivered.
Would we return? Absolutely! Although next time I’ll bring enough mosquito repellent for the entire resort! 😂🦟
