Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Myself and my partner arrived at the aurora oriental resort on the 5th September for 10 days and didn't really know what to expect as ive read some of the reviews and some were quiet bad but in all honesty these bad reviews I read must of been from somewhere else because we've had a fantastic experience very friendly staff who go out of there way for you without any trouble at all the food was very good and plenty to choose from our room was a suite with garden and pool view the rooms were very clean the cleaner who came everyday was called Abdullah he was always smilling and chatty and when we came back from the beach or a day out he would always make something out of towels and leave on the bed ,the staff here work very hard from front desk to restaurant and pool area and entertainment but they all do there work with a smile on there faces we saw it everyday for 10 days the gardens are immaculate I dont know how they do it every day in this heat but still with a smile on there faces and a good morning , yes some areas need a lick of paint but have you come here to stay in the hotel in your room all day ? All I can say is thankyou to all the staff here at aurora oriental resort for making our holiday a excellent experience and we've already booked to come here in 2027.
Me and my husband have just spend to lovely weeks at the aurora Oriental The staff are very friendly the food is good, the location is great because your within easy reach of everything Yusuf from the animation, Team is such a lovely guy he was the star of the show always friendly smiling .. Thank you for such an amazing time
Our stay at the hotel was truly the best experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The pool was absolutely beautiful and so enjoyable, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the entire hotel was spotless and very well maintained. We especially loved the calm and peaceful environment without any noises at night , it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Our rooms were big and very comfortable for staying in with the small balcony and view in the morning. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh!

Unfortunately, my experience at Aurora Oriental Resort – Sharm El Sheikh was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The overall level of cleanliness was very poor. The rooms were in bad condition and far below what I expected from a resort. The restaurant was also not clean, which made the dining experience very unpleasant.
What disappointed me most was the attitude and treatment of the staff. In my experience, the service was unprofessional and the way guests were treated was unacceptable.
Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, room standards, restaurant hygiene, and especially staff training and customer service.
A very disappointing experience. Based on my personal stay, I would not recommend this hotel.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel ,The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the beach and sea were absolutely stunning, and the food at the restaurants was delicious with great service throughout. The biggest highlight of my trip was definitely the entertainment program and the amazing animation team. A very special thanks to Vichka she is exceptionally hardworking, bright, and brought so much joy, warm energy, and fun to every day! Her amazing vibes made this holiday truly unforgettable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!
