This attractive hotel is just a few minutes from Naama Bay, the highlight of Sharm El Sheikh. After driving through the grandiose gates of the resort, guests will find themselves entering an area designed to exist in perfect harmony with the purity of mountain and desert landscapes. The beach bungalows are on a completely separate part of the resort and are located in the Hadaba area, by the private sandy beach of resort.
The two-storey lodgings, with 322 guest rooms, suites, apartments and studios are designed to the highest standards. Amenities include a hotel safe, bars, as well as restaurants, a library (books, chess, backgammon, etc.), the Trixie Club for children (aged 4-8 years and 8-12 years) and the playground.
The rooms feature their own terrace or balcony, with a view of the pool or the stunning surrounding landscape. Facilities include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a hire safe, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, a small fridge, cots (on request) and air conditioning.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Shouldn't even be given a 2 star. Food is terrible. All alcoholic drinks watered down.Hygiene non existent. All 3 in our party of 5 had food poisoning from eating meat here. Dreadful choice of food on kids menu. Rooms not cleaned properly beds not changed in 2 weeks. Towels just put back folded not changed. Couldn't book the al a carte restaurants saying they were fully booked on our 1st day of arriving. Every night there was plenty of room. Customer relations very rude. Entertainment was dreadful. Kids club wouldn't leave a dog in there. Pools need a full refurbishment lights hanging off walls. Walking in getting feet hurt as floor all breaking up. Water dirty full of suntan oil floating. Lounge bar like a giant kids play area. Understaffed. To have late check out extra cost 25 dollars per person. Sunbeds where all broken needs replacing. We had to eat out most nights which we didn't expect when paying all inclusive added cost to holiday.
i took my family here in memory of my husband who passed away july 2025. When we arrived there was no towels to shower with very little power in shower,same as my daughter in her 2 bedroom suite .We complained and 3 floor towels arrived for us and and my family of 5 upstairs . It continued with the lack of towels and the drinking things for 2 more days . My shower on the second day had no power to it so we reported it and took over hour to get someone and we needed to shower for dinner. We had too keep asking for extra towels each day . The hotel was so full there was no where to sit a lot of the time . plastic cups being used in the evening bars as run out of glasses which a drink is horrible to drink out of . There was no evening entertainment if there was it was half hour outside not worth loosing ourseats for. So we was very bored and it was too hot to go out to the towns .I have never been to a hotel in egypt before and i have been a lot of times throughout my travelling years that did not supply evening entertainment which when it is full over 1400 guests it should have .offered this . I was also terribly ill with pharaohs revenge for nearly 7 days so couldnt eat properly .as was my daughter who never left the room for 2 days..This was advertised as a 5 star hotel which i paid £11.000 for 4 adults 3 kids I was so dissapointed in the lack of entertainment the poor services with our room suites the sun beds were quite old and areas sometimes very unclean and it was extremely tired to in a lot of places .drinks on all inclusive 4 cocktail choices which were horrible both for me and my daughter. food turn around one week and same with the daytime entertainment only week turnover .nothing to entertain us all in the evening which was so poor .This was one of my worst holidays because of those things never being able to get a la carte till our last week restaurants packed solid even leaving it to later there was no seats .Very dissapointed in this holiday as it was meant to be in my husbands memory i thought it was a waste of my money .never to be repeated .
The Duvet had multiple stains on it & dirty Sheets were very worn & uncomfortable to sleep on. Pool towels are poor too for a 5star hotel. Kids pool very dirty at time's. Everything else was excellent the staff make the hotel 5star. Need to provide hand rails on staircase's to rooms.

We recently stayed at the xperience premier hotel for a week.
First of all , the good points - the staff are absolutely faultless and some of the nicest people we have ever met. Specifically our room cleaner Ali and premier pool barman Abdul.
The hotel grounds are well kept and clean.
The beaches where amazing - the coral beach was some of the best snorkelling i have ever done, You go to the end of the pier into probably 30ft+ of water with a massive variety of fish. The sandy beach was okay but catered towards families with it only being about 6ft in the bay
The food here was just bang average all inclusive food but by no means inedible, There was a good selection but it all tasted very similar.
Id fully recommend this is hotel for a cheap Egyptian get away but don’t expect 5 star luxury.
