First impression is evening with a hotel, the reception staff are some of the most rude money driving people I’ve ever met, unless your handing over tips or paying for extras they have no interest in helping or bothering to try and speak to you, for an all inclusive hotel there is a lot they want you to pay extra for, reception toilets were dirty, never had any toilet paper. FOOD AND DRINKS - This has to be the worse experience of food me and my partner have ever had in a hotel before, out of 10 days we spent 3 of them in bed due to the food making us severely unwell, when we tried to speak to the hotel about it all they had to say we go get some tablets from the chemist you will be fine, it’s NORMAL here. I understand that having an upset stomach here can be common for Egypt ad a whole but usually from the water or heat etc, I’ve been to Egypt 3 times prior to this and had no issues until being here eating this food, we’ve cut into chicken on multiple occasions and it be pink and cold. Unless your used to eating raw slop I’d budget to eat out which is what we had to do as wasn’t going to risk a 4th day poorly. The drinks watery the juice is made with flavoured powder not real juice, alcoholic drinks all taste like paint stripper, thank god we bought our own in the airport on the way out is all I can say. Pool staff are friendly but again unless you’re tipping them most days they don’t really talk or ask you if you would like anything to drink, they brush past to the next person that has tipped. ROOM - room was clean but very basic and poorly maintained. Out safe broke with stuff inside thankfully managed to get it open again but then had to lock stuff in suitcases, the room has a fridge but you might as well not bother as nothing inside actually got cold. And there has been a contract smell coming from the sink and shower drain. POOL - the pool is a good size, nice temperature however some tiles are very sharp, I’ve sliced the bottom of my foot on them along with a few others in the hotel, don’t think the pool gets cleaned all the often as the end the wind has been blowing towards had a contract scum all over the water and tiles, not something I want to be swimming in. Also be prepared to have 20 people ask you to buy somthing or don’t want a massage or book excursions all day long everyday. ENTERTAINMENT - most all inclusive large hotels I’ve been to the entertainment venue and quality of entertainment has been very good, however this hotel didn’t seem to get the memo, most nights there was a local singer on a tiny little stage where the music was far to load for the size of the area and more often than not sounded like karaoke. Same strong with the dancing, not well organised nor an amazing performance. Day time entertainment team was brilliant can’t fault them at all. Overall we will not be coming back, rude staff bad / unsafe food note we was not the only ones suffering, we spoke to multiple family’s all suffering the same and got the same response from the hotel. And just to top it off tried to organise late checkout today as it’s the day we go home and they tell us it’s not available I should have booked it prior in the week, I then told them I was told it can only be done on the day of departure, they told me this is not the case so again another case of bad communication on their end. They then told me they might be able to sort it however is £40 per person even though we are in one room, I’ve never had this per person before it’s one room, and we have last day food and drinks included due to our late arrival on our first day, so again another crazy scheme to claw just a bit more money out of you before you leave.

This is now the 3rd time we’ve been back to this hotel and already booked for a 4th time. I can’t express enough how wonderful the people/staff are here they make it feel like a second home, they go above and beyond you get treated like royalty whether that be by the pool/bar/restaurant/cleaner staff. And the place is spotless, big variety on food to cater everyone’s needs. Big shout out especially to Syed, Mohammed, Abdel, Kareem and Mina by the pool and Mustafa, George and Michael in the restaurant many thanks for making our holiday special every time be back soon x

The hotel is nice. We like the location, Naama bay and Mango market is near to the hotel. Food is tasty. Good service and polite staff. Atmosphere is incredible, so many interesting show programs and parties. Also animation team is so nice and powerful. We love this hotel.
