Where do i start AVOID AVOID AVOID RAW FOODhad a meetinv with restaurant manager who tben procedded to follow us wherever we went weve been to egypt 4 times before but tbis time really bad breakfast omlette raw in tbe middle lunch when just opened cold chips hence coming home with a really bad bottom feeling like my waters have broken and carnt control anything AVOID AVOID AVOID

The place is so lovely! Beautiful place to relax either solo, with friends or family! Complete facilities! They have pool, spa, salon, gym and supermarket! They serve good variety of meals too! The staff are friendly and accommodating! Mohammed from housekeeping kept my room clean and neat all the time, viola from reception is very helpful! Mohammad from the spa is so accommodating and friendly. Jasmine from the spa is very excellent! I really had a relaxing time all throughout my stay!
Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is truly beautiful, elegant, and luxurious, and quite not much noise with stunning facilities and impeccable attention to detail. Everything was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the service was exceptional
And the location was easy

And The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the overall experience felt genuinely five-star.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we were a party of 4 adults and 4 children. From the room, all the pools, food, drink and staff including the cleaners. We stayed in room 3123 and it was perfect the cleaner Abdul was amazing !! Rooms and grounds were always spotless and my kids loved coming back after a busy pool day to see which towel animals he had made. The waterpark was fantastic !! Perfect for older and younger children. The pool party was fabulous !. We loved it soo much we are returning next August. The staff couldn’t do enough for us especially around the waterpark and lobby bar bringing drinks constantly and the kids slushies. Food was beautiful different theme each night and all cooked perfectly. We can’t wait to return.
