This is our 2nd trip to this hotel , I had a massage with naree the most wonderful lady who was so professional and I have never felt so relaxed .. Definitely book with her if you go to the spa.. all staff are great as always .. The animation team are great fun bahlel and oleg are so polite and just wow this hotel and the staff are outstanding . The al a carte is gorgeous.. A lovley lady nada is so lovley too she rings and checks that everything is going well.. they just cannot do enough for us .. The dining room staff again so lovley ,were greeting every night to be seated and made to feel so special. I look forward to our next visit.. .. Hotel amazing. Spacious and very clean. Everyone so nice and remener you very well. Cleaners for rooms so attentive. The food is lovely and themed. Great selection of a-la Carte. The breakfast buffet and drinks so nice. Great situation to Namma Bay and amenities etc.
It is overall a very pleasant stay. All the staff is very sweet and helpful. Would recommend. Special thanks to Mr Aymen, for all the jokes and great hospitality.
The territory and the rooms are great, pretty clean, except the towels and bed sheets, some of them are worn out. The location is great, the sea is in a 10 min walk or 3 min ride. The beach is clean, enough space for everyone. There is a place for adults only, so you can relax in silence. The only thing I didn really like is food, it’s just not for my taste. The taste of almost everything is too flat and the food is too greasy. Except for the bakery and sweets. They were always great.
