Great experience and Great stuff
We had a very pleasant stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay. The hotel has an excellent location in Naama Bay, close to cafés, restaurants, and Naama Market.
We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom could benefit from some updating, but it was clean, and the housekeeping service was very good.
The hotel is relatively small, which we actually appreciated because all facilities and services were close and easily accessible. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Khairat, the restaurant manager, and his team, especially Abdullah and Ahmed.
A very special thank-you to Chef Samy, who kindly prepared a birthday cake for my wife and made the occasion even more memorable.
The pool team and the staff at the pool bar were also very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel offers access to a sandy beach in another area, with a shuttle bus approximately every hour. The beach has a marina and is suitable for swimming and snorkeling.
The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a good choice for anyone looking for a quiet stay. The 24/7 reception café is also a convenient feature.
Overall, Jaz Neo Naama Bay offers very good value for money, with a convenient location, welcoming staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. We would be happy to stay there again.

The staff are amazing - restaurant manager is lovely and so are all the other waiters extremely attentive at all times. Animation team are also fabulous. Good location also.

A lovely holiday!
We arrived at gone midnight to Jaz Neo and were checked in quickly. We were kindly offered food but were just wanting sleep.
The rooms are a little dated but perfectly acceptable, but the rest of the hotel is pristine and absolutely beautiful.
As many have already said, it's the staff here that make the hotel so good. They genuinely want to be as helpful and welcoming as possible. They are the jewel in the crown and I cannot fault one thing about any of them. They deserve any tips that they receive.
The food is perfectly fine. There is plenty of choice and something for everyone.
The location of the hotel is ideal as well. Just a ten minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants or a short taxi drive.
The shuttle bus to the beach was always on time and the beach itself was never overcrowded. It is more of a small cove however, so if you're expecting an expanse of sand, that's not what you will get. It is perfect for all the water activities however.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Jaz Neo if you are looking for a reasonably priced, well located hotel with a lovely family friendly atmosphere.

Couples and friends holiday
This is our second time here, we absolutely love it. The gardens and grounds are absolutely beautiful.
Naama bay it’s not far from the hotel only 10 minutes walk.
The staff are one of the best things here. The staff at the pool are a 10/10 they help us everyday get sunbeds and always joking with us.
The entertainment staff are amazing, we don’t join in much but they did take us to Karaoke and it was an amazing night. The girls really are friendly.
The food is great always something to eat.
The rooms are cleaned everyday by housekeeping.
