Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything was fine the staff is really kind and polite they are always with us and standing by our side every part of the hotel is not the same experience. I would like to thank the Reception staff especially the hotel manager Mr Ibrahim and Momen at Reception they are so kind and supportive and helpful in everything and everything is fine i will be here soon thanks a lot for your service🔥🫶🏽
The staff were brilliant especially the bar staff, lifeguards, entertainment & Sayed the housekeeper he was a friendly person whom I had a laugh with. The chef was a bit rude as were the reception staff shenouda & omar didn't appreciate the rudeness. But it was a reasonable holiday. But won't be going back to the hotel again
We had a wonderful stay, and the best thing about the hotel was definitely the staff. Everyone, from the managers to the smallest details, was extremely friendly, helpful, and cooperative. We would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed Mostafa and the animation team. They made our stay so much fun and created a warm, familiar, and special atmosphere. The rooms were very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The restaurant was lovely, and the food was good. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, and the pool was great as well. The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from the beach, but there is a shuttle bus that takes you there, so it wasn't a major issue. Overall, we had a lovely and memorable stay and would definitely recommend the hotel
I can honestly say the staff at this hotel are the best I have ever come across. They really couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant staff, Emad and Ahmed were particularly attentive remembering our drink orders and making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant Manager Emad Salah was fantastic and organised a special meal for our family one night. One night my son didn’t fancy any of the desserts and the head chef saw this and arranged for a plate of fresh mango to be brought over to us which my son was delighted about. Mohammed at the pool bar was also excellent and very friendly. While the hotel is small by Egypt standards, the grounds are immaculate and location is only a short walk away from local bars and shop. The rooms are a little tired, however it does look like they are starting to renovate some parts of the hotel. If you are looking for a smaller hotel in a central location with friendly staff and good food and aren’t too fussy about the room being perfect I would definitely suggest you consider this hotel.
Worse hotel we’ve ever visited Truly awful, dated, rotting wood work, old furniture, bathrooms not fit for purpose, staff some were fine other dam right rude and asking for tips. Pool area not fit for purpose, too small, sun loungers stacked side by side. It’s never a 4 star more like a 1 star
