Brilliant
The location of this hotel is brilliant close to everything, walking distance to town close to the beach, the atmosphere is so nice every one is really friendly, the rooms are very large and we had a big balcony, the cleaners come round every day, clean your room if you want it doing they leave water and fresh towels, the bar staff restaurant staff and the entertainment team are all brilliant, they all provide a brilliant service, I have been to this hotel 3 times now, the food is good, they have something for everyone and am a fussy eater and always manage to find something for breakfast dinner and tea, there’s also a snack bar which is good too, the WiFi you can get all around the hotel and it’s a good signal and the gardens are really well kept beautiful

Great couples holiday
We had an amazing stay, the hotel staff really treat the guest with so much respect and they make sure you have an amazing holiday. The rooms are clean and spacious we had a really good view of the pool. The price for this hotel was great not expensive and great for just a little get away. Its not very far from naama bay, just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. There you can do shopping and there are great restaurants. The atmosphere is great. The entertainment team do an amazing job we had such an amazing time they make great activities. Its not loud either the music is mix with calm music and also some for upbeat.
Great experience and Great stuff
We had a very pleasant stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay. The hotel has an excellent location in Naama Bay, close to cafés, restaurants, and Naama Market.
We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom could benefit from some updating, but it was clean, and the housekeeping service was very good.
The hotel is relatively small, which we actually appreciated because all facilities and services were close and easily accessible. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Khairat, the restaurant manager, and his team, especially Abdullah and Ahmed.
A very special thank-you to Chef Samy, who kindly prepared a birthday cake for my wife and made the occasion even more memorable.
The pool team and the staff at the pool bar were also very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel offers access to a sandy beach in another area, with a shuttle bus approximately every hour. The beach has a marina and is suitable for swimming and snorkeling.
The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a good choice for anyone looking for a quiet stay. The 24/7 reception café is also a convenient feature.
Overall, Jaz Neo Naama Bay offers very good value for money, with a convenient location, welcoming staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. We would be happy to stay there again.

Amazing hotel
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff who always made us feel welcome. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well organized.
A special thank you goes to the animation team! They were absolutely amazing, energetic and friendly. Every day there were different activities, games, sports, dancing and evening shows, so there was never a boring moment. The animators always had a great mood and knew how to make guests smile and feel involved.
The evening entertainment was especially enjoyable and created a fantastic atmosphere. You can really see how much effort the animation team puts into making the guests’ holiday special.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday with a friendly atmosphere and excellent entertainment. We had an unforgettable time and would love to come back again!
