Solymar Naama Bay

Recently returned form a 11 day stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay. The Hotel was great as was smaller than the other larger hotel resorts in the area. The Hotel Staff were excellent throughout and were always offering to Help/Assist when required. Special mention to the chefs and waiting staff in the restaurant and Mohammed, Amir and Bilal at the Pool Bar who were very entertaining. The entertainment staff were great as were not overwhelming and pushy to join with activities setting a great atmosphere. For any trips speak to Tony who will generally be milling around the pool area, his prices were much better than via the Rep! We went on the Quad/Buggy Safari which we would highly recommend. Our Daughter got her nails done at the onsite beauty salon and again cannot praise the team there enough. The Rooms were fine for us albeit probably in need of some modernisation/refreshing up, the only issue we had was a lack of power outlets to charge devices, the Wifi was fine and accessible throughout the hotel. Cleaners were great and cleaned rooms daily often making towel art. The hotel externally is great and well maintained, pool area was fine and never an issue getting a sun bed. Naama Bay market and Soho Square are worth a visit and easily accessible via taxi (we found using the InDrive app a much more cost effective option than hotel taxi). Shuttle bus to the beach was great however demand for return trip can be too big for the No of seats available on the bus, would work ok if all people were polite and queued orderly but this was not the case with some nationalities who tried to just push on! The beach/Sea is def worth a visit/dip. We would def return to Sharm and would not hesitate to stay at Jaz Neo again.

Good experience in the hotel. Enjoyed the holiday very much. Very kind staff, Moamen at Reception in particular was very helpful for my requests.
