Sitting at just 50 metres from Naama Bay, this hotel is right in the heart of Sharm El Sheikh's entertainment and shopping area. The main bus station is just a 10-minute drive away and for twice that time guests can reach the Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. The venue boasts a casino for those who want to chance their luck and the delightful bar is a great option for the ones who want to taste the different flavours of an Egyptian shisha. There is a lively disco for those who want to dance the night away and 8 restaurants serving the whole range of international and traditional flavours one can imagine. The active types will have plenty of options for entertainment with the onsite water sport facilities and the more leisure-happy holidaymakers can settle in the Spa and wellness centre.
Well what can I say I’m here now going home today so here goes: Absolutely the best hotel I have been to in Egypt and I have been to a few The staff from the cleaners poolbar reception dinner hall can’t do enough for you Coming here disabled we didn’t need anything done as they’d be there ready to help if you want wet room it’s there like everything else the food good and no mythering from anyone until your outside but not to much in your face if you have trouble walking my tip is to hire a scooter from sharm scooters so easy to get about that way. So overall a fantastic stay and we will be back Thank you so much the Naama bay hotel we shall be back 🇪🇬😎
Staff very helpful and cooperative
Just back from our second visit to the same hotel and once again it did not disappoint. Great room, staff and always a great choice of food to suit all fussy eaters. Looking forward to our third trip.
We are just leaving after a week at this hotel. The waiting staff have been amazing, we were traveling with my mother who has poor mobility and the waiting staff went above and beyond to assist her, the loveliest bunch you could ever meet!
We were originally assigned rooms on the 5th floor despite requesting a room with a walk in shower on the ground - this was changed right away for my parents, the next day we were moved to the room next door to them.
The pool could do some work but again the life guards went above and beyond, saving sunbeds next to the walk in part of the pool for my mother and assisting her in and out!
The food is plentiful, you will always find something to eat. There is a lovely little Italian next door to the hotel that do great food and cocktails !
We didn’t really know about any of the hotel entertainment as the animation team don’t bother to come down to the pool area near reception during the day, they will be around in the evening to inform of the entertainment but by this time you have already made plans for the evening .
There are lots of cats on sight - which was a highlight for my daughter, she spent a week pampering a little kitten.
Really lovely hotel, the staff defo make it. Sadly, over run with rude Russian people that will push and shove to get in the lift before you or out the door first.
Rooms could do with an upgrade, so happy that the water is always hot - very rare in hotels in Sharm.
We stayed at this hotel for one week for a scuba diving holiday. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of shops nearby and the beach within easy reach, which was definitely a plus.
The room was quite spacious, but the hotel is very old and in need of renovation, especially the bathroom, which was in very poor condition. The toilet was not working properly, and the bathroom in general needs a complete upgrade.
The hotel offered an all-inclusive package with a good variety of food, but the overall quality was average.
Unfortunately, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful, which affected our overall experience.
Overall, the hotel has a great location and spacious rooms, but significant improvements are needed in terms of maintenance, food quality, and customer service.
