After 10 years, I can honestly say that this year was the worst
The housekeeper was extremely unprofessional. I paid him more than 5k just to do his basic job, and even then, he would not do everything he was supposed to unless I repeatedly asked and practically begged him. none of the basic amenities and items that were supposed to be available in the room were there from the first day. I had to call and request them, and even then, they often never arrived.
The waiter named Mohamed (the white, bald man in the restaurant) was also extremely rude and unprofessional He even threatened to report me just because I don’t talk to him.
The Indian waiter at the bar was also very rude and unprofessional.
All The shows were some of the worst I have ever seen. The food throughout my entire stay was also extremely disappointing. We became sick after eating, which made us seriously question the level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Unfortunately, it feels like nothing gets done at this hotel unless you pay extra money.
This is especially disappointing because I used to genuinely love this place and have been coming here for 10 years. I never expected the quality of service to decline this much.
It was so good ! The hotel is really comfortable and modern. The rooms were clean. Location is perfect for it’s surroundings which are several shops, were you can purchase anything you want. The animation team is awesome, the activity level is high! Kitchen is also not bad, it’s varied and tasty. But the best part is the beach, it’s truly amazing there!
As a Sous Chef at one of Armenia’s international hotel chains, I truly value professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail. During our stay, I was very impressed by the warm atmosphere, excellent service, and dedication of the entire team. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Emad Mahdy Mohamed for his professionalism, kindness, hospitality, and genuine care for every guest. It was a pleasure to experience such wonderful hospitality. My sincere thanks also go to the F&B Manager for the excellent organization and warm welcome, and to the Housekeeping team for their hard work and for keeping the hotel so beautiful, clean, and welcoming. My family and I had one of our most wonderful and relaxing vacations here. You made our stay truly special and memorable. Thank you, dear team, for everything. I stayed there for 10 days, and I honestly loved every minute of it. If you’re looking for an active vacation with an excellent beach, fun entertainment, and lively parties, this is definitely the place to be. I had a great experience and would happily come back.
