Lido Sharm Hotel

Location is very great, its literally on the beach, thats why I booked it but unfortunately it didnt meet my expectations, the food was so limited and not delicious, though I booked all inclusive but I barely ate at the hotel

The interior is vintage and all big rocks(I actually liked it)

The stuff was amazing but kinda slow, I gave tip daily so the room can be cleaned, but when I came back, I saw that the sheets have not been changed, I called and asked to change , tbh they came fast and changed it.

The hotel has a smell, I know that it is due to it vintage style but worth mentioning it.

Overall, Its not bad , again, I only booked it for its perfect location and it can get improved

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we had to move to three different rooms because the air conditioning was not working properly and was leaking water. The temperature was extremely high, and in a place like this, it is simply impossible to stay comfortably without proper air conditioning. To make matters worse, water was also leaking from the ceiling in the room, and the level of cleanliness was far from satisfactory. As for the food, the quality was very poor, and the hygiene standards were seriously disappointing. Even some of the staff members were wearing uniforms that were wrinkled and torn, which gave a very poor impression of the overall standards of the hotel. Regarding the swimming pool, women were entering the pool wearing their regular clothes, despite the signs clearly stating that only proper swimwear was allowed. We also noticed maintenance staff entering the pool fully dressed whenever they needed to carry out maintenance work, which was completely inappropriate and unhygienic. When we tried to speak with the hotel manager to explain everything that had happened and express our concerns, he refused to meet with us and did not give us any opportunity to explain what was going on at the hotel. Even when it was time for us to leave, there was no one available to help us carry our luggage from the room to the car. Overall, the treatment we received was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. Unfortunately, this is not an experience we would wish on anyone, and we cannot recommend this hotel to other guests. What makes this even more disappointing is that this hotel used to be a very nice place, and we had been coming here regularly because we genuinely liked it. Sadly, our recent experience was completely different, and the hotel has clearly fallen far below the standards we remembered.
