Naama Bay - Sharm El SheikhSharm Dreams Resort is 5 Star Resort 12 kms South of Sharm El Sheikh International Airport commanding a central Location in Naama Bay. Resort is set in beautiful landscaped Gardens and entrance is only 200 meters from the Beach. Sharm Dreams Resort occupies an enviable position with the Bays attractions and facilities on the doorstep.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Great location and our room was very nice (deluxe - we got a free upgrade). Great value for the money we spent as we got it for on a deal. No issues with food although the restaurant can get packed and got full a couple times even not during peak season so can see how it would be a bit hectic. Overall a clean place - isn’t as modern looking as it once was but well looked after. Overall service was good but just a few issues - a lot of the bar and waiting staff straight up ignored us because we were a young couple (both 21) and sometimes wouldn’t take our orders all together without asking a few times. Although they seem to be the exception, not the rule as all the lifeguards and other staff members were delightful.. especially the cleaner that tended to our room - we didn’t catch his name but he even came and thanked us in reception after we’d checked out! At lunch the pasta guy was great but the evening dinner one wasn’t and let people cut in line and served basically who he wanted to. One of the days we left a tshirt by the pool and forgot about it, the lifeguards were really kind and helpful and let us know the following day and we got it from reception. However it took over an hour and a half for the tshirt to come from wherever it was to reception. We waited half an hour then had breakfast and it still wasn’t ready after. We also did a day trip to Ras Muhammad which was great but with an external company. When we asked the taxis at reception for the same trip they asked for 160 euros!! (We paid 60) and they made up 20 euro fees. Seems abit scammy. There is also a rule in place to not hold beds (good, we even saw someone get their stuff taken off and moved which was great to see). However, some lifeguards put towels out early in the morning and ask for tips for some family’s to have the beds. Overall though the pools were all great and well kept and clean - we never struggled for a bed at any day or time but it was clearly quieter than normal. Overall it was a nice 7 days, the beach was packed but nice and a simple walk across the road. Evening entertainment was good but sometimes was repetitive - we heard from another couple it had improved since last year. Make sure you double check at reception what’s included because you may have perks to use at the other resort.
We had a great stay at JAZ Sharm Dreams. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of pools and activities to enjoy. The aquapark was a great bonus, and the beach is very close. The food was varied and tasty. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! 😊
I loved the moat that the space many swimming pools for adults and children and all what you need

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Jaz Dreams, and we honestly cannot praise the hotel and its amazing staff enough.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, valued and genuinely cared for. The staff are incredibly friendly, happy and accommodating, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Whether it was finding us a table at dinner or helping us find loungers around the pool, they consistently went the extra mile.

🛏️ Room & Facilities
Our room was spacious, spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh bedding and towels. The towel figures and flowers left on our bed were such a lovely personal touch.
As we were celebrating our engagement, we were also surprised with a personalised card and a beautiful plate of puddings delivered directly to our room. It was incredibly thoughtful and made our celebration even more special. ❤️
The hotel facilities are lovely and well maintained, particularly the pool area. We also enjoyed the different music played each day, which created a great atmosphere.

Alaa at the pool was always friendly, helpful and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after.
A special thank you to Allam in the restaurant area for all his hard work and wonderful hospitality throughout our stay. His friendly and welcoming manner was greatly appreciated and helped make our dining experiences even more enjoyable.
Mohammed around reception deserves a special mention. He took the time to get to know us personally, regularly checked on our welfare and always made us feel welcome. He even shared photos of his family with us, which made the connection feel genuinely personal.
Mohammed also went out of his way to bring us a remembrance gift, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. We truly appreciated his kindness.
⭐ Mustafa – Exceptional Service
A very special mention must go to Mustafa, FOH at the reception desk.
The service we received from Mustafa was genuinely exceptional. When our bags were delayed at the airport, he personally took ownership of the situation, contacting the airport, liaising with staff and keeping us updated. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier because of his care and professionalism.
But it wasn’t just the help with our luggage. Mustafa took the time to get to know us, remembered our names and always addressed us personally. Whenever he saw us, he would stop, speak to us and check that everything was okay.
As we were celebrating our engagement, he also made sure our personalised card and cakes were delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
Mustafa is an absolute credit to Jaz Dreams. His service was professional, personal and heartfelt. We have stayed in many hotels, but we can honestly say we have never experienced service quite like this.
❤️ A Holiday We Will Never Forget
Jaz Dreams was worth every penny we paid and more. The hotel is lovely, the food is good, the facilities are well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
But what truly makes this hotel special is the people.
The kindness, warmth and personal attention we received made our engagement holiday incredibly memorable. We arrived as guests and left feeling genuinely cared for.
We will definitely be returning next year and sincerely hope to see Alaa, Allam, Mohammed, Mustafa and the rest of the wonderful team again.

We recently stayed at Jaz Sharm Dreams, where we had the pleasure of meeting Khaled by the pool; he was incredibly kind to us and helped us with whatever we needed every time. Wherever we wanted to sit by the pool, he provided us with sunbeds and umbrellas. Even though we were a group of five—our whole family—he brought out five sunbeds and made us feel right at home! He is a fantastic guy, and we were lucky to meet him. Thank you so much, Khaled, for these wonderful days! We will definitely be back! ️
