The staff at the reception were really helpful couldn't do enough for me .The waterfall pool was great The lifeguard Khaled was a great helpful lifeguard and set up our beds daily also looked after us and brought icelollies to us and made sure we were kept in the shade.Islam and Ahmed at the waterfall bar were great kept us hydrated and looked after us daily so good at there jobs.The chef was great and looked after my fiancee with her gluten allergen and went out of the way for us.Had room telephone to check we were comfortable and if we needed anything outlr whole stay was brilliant and will definitely be back

Good hotel, perfect servis! Seais very close and i really liked the beach. Animation of the hotel is at the highest level., i liked everything very much. We will definitely come back again.

The resort is huge, beautiful, and perfectly located. Everything was top-notch, but what truly made this trip special was the incredible team. Here is a big thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful: The Main Bar Team: A huge shoutout to Karim, Mohab, Khalil, Ahmed, and Mohamed. You guys are absolute legends! The service was fast, friendly, and always with a smile. The Waterfall Bar Team (Bar El-Shalal): Special thanks to Ahmed and Islam for the great vibes and excellent drinks. The Housekeeping Team: I am deeply grateful for your hard work. The room was always spotless. The honesty, cleanliness, and high morals of the housekeeping staff are truly commendable. The Reception Team: Thank you to the entire reception staff for the warm welcome, professionalism, and smooth check-in/check-out experience. The Chefs & Kitchen Staff: The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was super clean, and there is a real art to how they choose and diversify the food varieties every day. The Lifeguards: Thank you for keeping us safe. It’s very clear how much effort goes into maintaining and cleaning the pools daily. Thank you so much, Sharm Dreams, for this beautiful experience. Friendly Staff & Great Value
Overall, a very good stay! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food offers great value for money, and the rooms are nice and clean. The only downsides were that the stairs are quite exhausting to climb, and placing the shisha area by the pool is a bad idea—it really ruins the view. Other than that, we had a nice experience.
