This was a fantastic family Holiday full of fun, sun and lovely customer service. The hotel is clean and modern and close to Naama bay. Mustafa the hotel front manager is excellent and very caring .

We always use Trip advisor to check out hotels before booking,the reviews were mixed but we had an excellent experience,we had our room upgraded at no extra cost.we could get the internet everywhere in the hotel and there was always variety with the food. You can use the hotel opposite facilities also and the bonus of a water park within the hotel grounds. The staff were extremely helpful especially Alaa the lifeguard who made sure our beds were in our favourite spot everyday and would even put mattresses and our towels on the beds for us and move the sun shade to keep the bed in the shade. The entertainment was varied with something for everyone. The rooms were cleaned everyday and our cleaner made a towel cakes for my birthday and a bed arrangement with my cards and arranged a birthday cake in our room.The dinner staff would sing happy birthday to guests aswell. Every evening we would goto the dinner hall and someone would sort a table and bring you drinks while you get your food. There was improvement works during our stay but the noise and disruption was kept to a minimal and barely noticeable. The staff could not do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Naama Bay is about a 5 minute walk down the road and you can haggle prices, they do approach you constantly but a simple no Thankyou worked for us. We pre booked trips quad biking and scuba diving/snorkelling at Ras Mohammad and were collected from our hotel and dropped back. The hotel is also about 20 minutes from the airport so was a quick ride there and back. This is definitely the most relaxed holiday we’ve ever had and will definitely go back in the future.
