The entire hotel is very nice, the rooms, service, and overall experience is great! This is only my second day at the hotel and I am already enjoying it a lot.
really nice and fancy hotel, good service and friendly people. The vibes are insane and i am really enjoying my time here. I really recommend.
Lovely holiday, hotel has all facilities you need. Rooms and some parts of the hotel are dated and require maintenance, but the staff do work tirelessly to ensure everything is kept clean and tidy.
Food was plentiful and always went away with a full belly. The staff worked very hard during meals times.
Lifeguards fantastic; actually witnessed 2 jump in on separate occasions. Both were super professional and were quick to give parents a safety talk. Irkay was very helpful with Sun beds and was always doing something for guests.
House keeping - Mohamed Ahmed Al-Barbary - this man was lovely! He made my daughters so excited to come back to the room and see what towel art he had made. We watched him for 2 weeks work so hard, the guy did not stop and I am honestly so grateful to him. I had one day which they had changed staff and I could instantly tell it was not him. He honestly is an absolute credit to this hotel!
The only down side to this hotel is during our first week here, there was many Egyptian families that had come to stay for their holidays. We found the majority of them quite rude to us and staff and would leave the hotel messy. They would waste so much food and jump in line to get what they wanted. We witnessed many of them spitting and leaving their rubbish along the pool side for staff to collect. We had 2 days of pool closures due to them toiletting in the pools. I also had an altercation with one young teenage Egyptian boy as he was making European women and young girls feel uncomfortable, he was also being quite mean to little children in the pool. A member of the animation team did try to sort it but he came back again the next day doing the same thing and throwing us dirty looks so myself and my partner lost it at him and then a lovely lifeguard stepped in and spoke to him.
I feel moving forward, the hotel should either limit the number of Egyptian families during one period or at least inform the travel agencies as i would not have booked here knowing this. Some of the families were lovely and my daughters played with theirs so it was not all but unfortunately the majority of them let this hotel down.
It’s amazing experience! I recomend this hotel, it’s really big resort, a lot of pools, a lot of food (very delicious food by the way) and the staff is soo nice, welcoming and i feel so good here! I feel so welcoming.
Value for money, helpful and cheerful staff
