Naama Bay - Sharm El SheikhFayrouz Resort has the longest stretch of Sandy Beach in Naama Bay with direct access to the Beach. Sandy Beach is spacious and has a gently sloping shelf which is perfect for Families and Children. Fayrouz Resort is beautifully located amidst colourful landscaped Gardens with Palm trees and flowers.
Together with my wife, we used to have a rest at JAZ Fayrouz hotel for many years, since it was Hilton Fayrouz. Its main advantages for us are the great sand beach (800 m) and very good service. Earlier we used a Half pension program at the hotel. However, several years ago the hotel shifted to All inclusive. As a result the quality of food became better. Natural coffee unlimited and baked fish, turkey or meat at dinner is especially appreciated. The quality of service was high as usually. We arrived early morning and formally had to wait until 15.00 for our room. Nevertheless, we were accommodated already at 10.30. Certainly, it depends upon the concrete situation, but it was really nice. I cannot describe all the hotel rooms, but in our room we received a new mattress, 4 new pillows and a silent conditioner (some equipment earlier was quite noisy). Once again, main attraction for us is an excellent hotel beach. However, this year the situation became worse with it. A part of the beach (about 10%) was shifted to a new project - TheLifeCo. It looks like the third JAZ Fayrouz hotel (in addition to the second line Fayrouz Dreams) with the enhanced comfort. At the moment these 10% are fully equipped and almost empty. However, two other Fayrouz hotels are full or almost full. Therefore, finding a place at the rest 90% of the beach after breakfast was not an easy task. The staff promised to rearrange the beach equipment to eliminate the problem. Generally we were completely satisfied with our vacation and may recommend the hotel for the comfortable rest.
The Beach was extraordinary clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the service and amenities. We will come back once we are around.
Lovely hotel! The rooms are a bit retro but very clean. The food was very delicious especially the Egyptian food. The beach was the best part, you can see beautiful fishes and corals under water. The staff was very kind and helpful. Especially I would like to highlight the waiters: Ibrahim and Rami and the barmen Abdul Rhman for their kindness and help! We had a really good time here with my family!
Really amazing resort! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the property is gorgeous! I would definitely come back! Also the beach is perfect with crystal clear blue warm water! The spa is new and really phenomenal with a wide variety of treatments!
Jaz Fayrouz is truly an amazing resort, offering incredible service and outstanding quality in every aspect. The staff are genuinely professional, welcoming, and attentive, while the management is always on top of everything happening throughout the resort.
My family and I make sure to visit at least once a year, and honestly, we simply cannot imagine changing the resort or even the destination. There is something truly special about Jaz Fayrouz that keeps bringing us back year after year.
For us, Jaz Fayrouz is nothing less than heaven on earth. ❤️
