We had a great vacation at this hotel; the food was good, the rooms were comfortable, and the animators were awesome—I highly recommend it!
We had a great week at this hotel and will be rebooking for next year. The staff are lovely and when I had a problem they sorted it out straight away. The food is not the best but always managed to make a meal but did eat out a couple of times. The pool attendants were fantastic with all of the people staying at the hotel and the animation team worked hard to make sure guests were entertained through out the day and night. Yes the rooms are dated but you get what you pay for we had on without a balcony as we do not use them, the only negative was no hot water in the shower. The hotel is a short walk from the heart of Naama Bay so excellent location but if you are wanting 5 star I would recommend you book a different hotel. Over all we had a great holiday and made friends with some fantastic people and cannot wait to come back.
The rooms are dirty; even if you tip, they don't provide towels or toilet paper. The pool is dirty, with toilet paper floating in it. Muslims at the pool took pictures of me and my daughter. We felt very uncomfortable. The bathroom in the room was dirty. The windows overlook the courtyard, which smells bad. The entertainment staff are great. The food is good. At the bar, they add vodka to the beer. It's better to ask for beer in the original bottle. There's no communication between the reception and the restaurant. We paid for an extra day, and despite informing the waiters, they claimed they didn't have the payment. It's a mess.
God service and greet team animion and good food
