We had a really enjoyable stay at Falcon Naama Star Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The location is excellent, very close to Naama Bay and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options.
Special thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable. We really appreciated their hospitality and positive attitude.

I had a great stay at Falcon Naama Star Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Naama Bay and close to restaurants, shops, and the beach.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was good with a nice variety, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable.
Special thanks to all the hotel staff for their hospitality and excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Falcon Naama Star Hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the hair salon located at the hotel. I have had keratin hair straightening treatments many times before, so I know how this treatment should be performed. Unfortunately, my hair was severely damaged during the treatment.
My hair was badly burned from the roots at the top of my head and throughout the lengths. It became extremely dry, brittle and yellow. I was so embarrassed that I travelled home wearing a hat, and I am still wearing a hat because I feel ashamed to go outside with my hair like this.
I had long hair before the treatment. I have already had around 10 cm cut off and had to change my hairstyle completely to a bob. I have already had my hair trimmed twice, but it is still in terrible condition and I may need to cut another 5–7 cm. I am also afraid to colour it because I am worried about causing even more damage.
What made the situation even worse was the way my complaint was handled. The manager did not accept responsibility, did not offer me any meaningful help or solution and refused to refund the money I paid for the treatment.
This was extremely upsetting and disappointing. I paid for a professional treatment and was left with severely damaged hair and a completely different hairstyle. I would not recommend using the hair salon at this hotel.
The Falcon Naama Star Resort in Naama Bay offers a truly fantastic holiday in every way. From the very first moment, the staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, and always ready to solve any problem with a smile, making guests feel welcomed and pampered. The food is also really good, flavorful, and with a great variety every day. What I loved the most was definitely the entertainment team. They are extraordinarily cheerful, bright, and engaging people who create a unique atmosphere. Inside the hotel you have so much fun from morning to night, to the point that there is absolutely no need to go out or look for entertainment outside the resort. It is the ideal place for anyone looking for relaxation, great food, and pure fun!
