One thing I really want to mention is the animation team, especially the old team—Supernova, Nader, Salma, and Radwa. They were honestly one of the best parts of our stay at Experience Saint George. They were friendly, creative, energetic, and always knew how to make guests smile and have a good time. We became used to seeing them every day, joining their activities, talking with them, and enjoying the amazing atmosphere they created. They really made our days at the hotel and made our holiday feel special.
I was honestly very shocked and disappointed when I came back and saw that there was a new animation team. I asked Nagi about Nader, Salma, and Radwa, and he told me that they had left the hotel. I was really sad to hear this because we had become very comfortable with the old team and they felt like more than just entertainment staff—they made us feel welcome and part of the hotel.
The new animation team is friendly, but for me, they unfortunately don’t have the same energy, creativity, and connection with the guests that Supernova, Nader, Salma, and Radwa had. The old team was truly special and difficult to replace.
I really hope Experience Saint George knows how valuable the old animation team was. They made a huge difference to our experience, and I would love to see them back again one day. They will definitely be missed!
Lovely stay and would stay again
Lovely stay here again, I love the quiet pool. Totally relaxing environment. Entertainment is not the best but we went out every evening anyway. Beach is nice
Average hotel
This was our first time here in June 2026. The hotel rooms are cleaned everyday which is good, however the food is average and did not appear to have many options. Myself and my wife the last 4 days of the holiday ended up ill after eating chicken that we now know was not cooked properly. The quiet pool was ok until the last 2 days when a group of adults were playing loud music and screaming and shouting. The pool staff were always happy to help and always had a smile. One pool bar staff was extremely lazy and never bothered. Would we return.. probably not.

Poor customer service. Old and dirty hotel.
Poor customer service. the hotel is old and dirty. food is basic and definitely not tasty. Lazy cooking. for example, lunch and dinner is exactly the same food. Some staff members will chase you for a tip. Reception staff were not helpful and transparent about extra payments. I booked this hotel because it had good reviews. Now I know, I can not trust predominant good reviews. I could have stayed in much better place for the same amount. this is not a 4 star hotel, honestly its closer to 2 starts. The hotel is also very small compared to other resorts and it has only one restaurant. Believe the pictures that you see on their website and advertised by tour companies does not do it justice. I am disappointed.

I celebrated my birthday at Xperience St George and it was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by all the hotel staff. I want to give a special thank you to Nino and Ephraim who made our stay even more special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
