Wonderful stay and exceptional service
We had a wonderful stay at Sentido Reef Oasis Senses Resort with our family. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the overall service made our holiday truly special.
I would especially like to highlight Mohamed Shafeek, the manager of the main restaurant. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality really stood out to us. He was always attentive, friendly, and ready to help, making sure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of.
Mohamed has a great ability to make people feel welcome and valued. His attention to detail and positive attitude made every visit to the restaurant a pleasure. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about the guests.
We are very grateful for his excellent service and warm hospitality. People like Mohamed make a big difference and create the kind of experience that guests remember long after their vacation.

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff
This resort was truly beautiful, and what made our vacation even more special was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the staff. In 99% of situations, everyone we met was incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming.
A special mention definitely goes to Mohammed, the gentleman with the golf cart. He was one of our favorite parts of the entire vacation. He is such a sweet, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely caring person. We really appreciated all of his help and the wonderful service he provided throughout our stay. He always made us feel comfortable and welcomed, and we will definitely remember him.
We would also love to mention our cleaner, who was absolutely amazing as well. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, and we truly appreciated everything he did for us.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort. The beautiful surroundings combined with the amazing people working here made our vacation truly memorable. ❤️

Bellissima esperienza. Staff stellare: Samy al crocodaile Bar number one as the blue bar staff. Assad in the main restaurant a magnificent host with his staff Mohamed and Baha and all the others, chef Ahiman a special person. Special mention for Ahmed multipool life guard a gorgeous boy a part of our family!
Great holiday in lovely hotel
Beautiful hotel. Wonderful memories.Staff is amazing. Special shout to Blue Bar staff who looked after us. Mohamed and Fahd, they are always smiling and couldnt be any more kind. Also manager from Piazza Bar, Mahmoud wonderful person, really friendly and helpful. Food delicious and plenty of choices. Everything is clean. Sentido hotel really deliver. Nice, relaxing holiday.
