Have stayed at Sentido before, from the moment of arrival the service is first class, the check at reception, room service, the room being cleaned spotless, the restaurant staff very attentive, the staff at the blue bar extremely polite fantastic service. I’ll be back there next year, looking forward to it.flawless
We have just returned from the most fantastic holiday at the Sentido reef oasis in Sharm el Sheikh that we probably have ever had, the attention that we received was second to none, from Mohammed and Ahmed at the bar to Mohammed and Mustafa at the pool, all of the staff in the buffet and àl a carte restaurants were polite, courteous and helpful with a smiling face, all of this was overseen by Mahmoud who is the manager of all of the catering and entertainment staff and is a man who works incredibly hard to make sure everyone enjoys a great holiday which we certainly did, he is definitely the right man for the position he holds, the grounds and facilities need to be seen to be believed as they are well laid out and groomed impeccably, I can honestly recommend this holiday to any one looking to book a holiday in Egypt. We had a fabulous holiday at this fabulous hotel. The atmosphere all around the complex was amazing. The rooms were always kept as clean as possible although slightly dated. There needs to be a special mention to Mahmoud the entertainment manager. This guy went out of his way to make us feel special. He was always on hand to assist us in any way possible. Also special mention to Mohamed Ahsraf bar waiter. This guy worked from midday to midnight serving drinks around the pool and Blue Bar. Mohamed was always smiling and willing to chat with all guests. They are just two of the many wonderful people who worked around the complex to make our stay special. Would also like to mention the food in the restaurants. Considering it is a middle Eastern country lots of the food was good for us Brits. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return very soon.
We went on vacation in early October and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel – great atmosphere and wonderful staff. I would especially like to highlight the beach bartender named Malak. Amazing service at the beach bar! Malak is extremely helpful, cheerful and always greets you with a smile. Communicating with vacationers is a real pleasure for him, and his work is done quickly – no guest was left without cold and refreshing drinks. He added even more good mood to our stay. A true professional in his field, we really liked him!
We stayed in the sentido side and have really enjoyed our week here our first time to this hotel having stayed in the sister hotel reef oasis blue bay five times. The reef here for snorkelling has been exceptional and every time out we saw something different and if snorkelling is your thing you will love the hotel reef. Everyone staff wise has been so helpful and the service in all the buffet restaurants and we tried them all has been fabulous especially in the main restaurant given it’s so much busier than others. But I must make a special mention of Malak who is the bar Nan on the sentido section of the beach. He is so helpful and friendly and works so hard checking on people he is a credit to the hotel and a stand out when customer service is already so good every where in the hotel
