disappointing experience
The hotel was extremely crowded, and the reception area was also very busy, which made the overall experience uncomfortable.
The food lacked variety, with very limited options compared to other hotels in the same category. The evening entertainment was also disappointing, with no proper night shows or activities like those offered at other hotels.
The beach was not well-prepared, and there was no proper children’s play area on the beach. More importantly, there were no life jackets available, so we could not safely take the children into the sea.
The swimming pool was also not suitable for adults, as it was not deep (less than one meter) to stand or swim comfortably.
Transportation around the hotel by golf cars was also very difficult. The cars were always crowded, and the waiting time was extremely long before getting a ride, which made moving around the resort frustrating.
There was also a waiting list for dinner, which was very inconvenient. The à la carte restaurants required additional fees, which was disappointing considering the overall hotel experience.
On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and clearly trying their best to help and serve the guests. However, it seemed that the situation was beyond their control, mainly due to the excessive number of guests and the limited facilities available.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in food variety, entertainment, beach facilities, children’s activities, swimming pool , and internal transportation.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the amazing team at the hotel. Our stay was truly wonderful, and the staff made our experience even more special with their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service.
A special thank you to Nasser at the reception for his warm welcome, respect, and continuous attention to guests.
Many thanks to the wonderful pool bar staff, Rami and Amer, for their excellent service, friendly attitude, and always being ready to help. Also, a big thank you to their supervisor Khaled for his great management and care.
I would also like to thank Mr. Lotfy, the Restaurant Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making guests feel comfortable and satisfied.
And a very special thank you to Gamal from the Italian Restaurant for his excellent service, great attitude, and attention to every detail.
Honestly, these are some of the best hotel employees we have ever met. They truly made our stay in Sharm El Sheikh unforgettable. ❤️

Half and half
First impression was not so good, but the supervisor Mr. Nasser changed everything totally. The hotel is we established and good facility, but need to improve training for people
From mare to perfect holiday
I will be honest in my review The entrance gave us positive feelings Then everything turned black they were late in rooms check in we received one room from the two rooms we reserved and waited so long to receive the other The operator on the phone didn't help so much till we got decesion to move from the hotel When we went back to the lobby we found at last our trip hero Mr nasser nasser He was so welcoming He listened to our problems and turned the trip from a mare to a perfect holiday He upgraded our room and we received it immediately Helped us with everything and did his job perfectly The golf cars service isn't perfect but you can easily get used to it The food is delicious The pools are nice and the coral is fantastic The animation team is friendly and activities are running all day long Most of the stuff are kind But the best guy was Mr nasser he is the man in the hotel Thanks a lot for your hospitality Mr nasser see you soon
Great Hotel
We spent 9 days at the Renaissance Golden View Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh and had an amazing holiday. The staff at this hotel are genuinely some of the kindest I have ever come across. Despite the heat, they were always smiling, welcoming, and working hard to make every part of our stay enjoyable.
The two lifeguards at the main pool, Robin and Ahmed, were incredibly helpful and kind, and Mr. Abdullah at the taxi counter was always cheerful and ready to assist with transport.
Food at the main restaurant was delicious and plentiful, with a great variety every day. If you choose to dine at one of the à la carte restaurants — especially Calamari — you’ll find the staff highly professional and the dishes beautifully prepared and served.
I used the spa centre a couple of times; the steam room, plunge pool, and sauna were all good, though they could benefit from some upgrading.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
