Located on Hadebet Om El Sied, 2 km from city of Sharm. The hotel's location is one of the best spots for diving and snorkelling, with the beautiful beach in Sharm El Sheikh. There is a 380 m-long natural sand beach, overlooking the well known and stunning temple reef, the second most protected area after Ras Mohamed. The hotel is approximately 14 km from Sharm El Sheikh Airport.
Amenities on offer at this air-conditioned beach hotel include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a restaurant, conference facilities, a library, bocce and a cinema screen. Room and laundry services are also provided, and there is a kids' club with a playground for younger guests.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a satellite TV showing English, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Russian and Polish channels as well as 4 music channels, a minibar, Internet access, a double or king-size bed, a safe, an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens, swimming pool or sea.
Great experience from the staff (thanks Nour) and all reception staff , rooms to the house reef. It really exceeded our expectations!
The perfect Hotel (we stayed in room 3209). Great food, very clean, brilliant, friendly staff and a great location with access to the Red Sea. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sharm.
The hotel clean and tidy. The staff were the best. So friendly and warm. The life guard round our pool (zill) couldn’t do enough, every morning saw us coming and came straight over with hotel towels. the bartender on the pool was very attentive kept us watered and topped up with beer and gin. The food in the main restaurant was delicious but the à la carte was so tasty I especially loved the Indian and to top it off the view was amazing. The staff in the Indian were fantastic and had a great sense of humour. Our room got cleaned everyday fresh bedding n towels and the happiest guy cleaning it.
The only thing that let it down was that there was no fizzy or Malibu. But I made do with gim n lemo when they weren’t made too strong. Thanks to manood the manager who noticed I wasn’t enjoying them and told the bar staff to make them singles. He also treated me like a princess on my birthday sorting a cake in the main restaurant in the evening.
We’ve just returned from a one-week stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a lovely and relaxing holiday.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic, well-maintained gardens. Everything was very clean and well looked after.
We spent most of our time around the Zill Pool and bar. The barman and lifeguard couldn’t do enough for us and provided fantastic service throughout our stay.
The rooms are big and spacious, and our cleaner did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless.
The beach is lovely, and the coral reef is absolutely fantastic for snorkelling — definitely not to be missed!
The food was great, and we didn’t have one bad meal during our stay. We particularly loved the Indian à la carte restaurant.
My wife celebrated her birthday while we were here, and the staff made a fantastic effort to make her feel really special. A big thank you to everyone involved — it was very much appreciated.
There were only a couple of negatives for us. The choice of alcoholic drinks was quite poor for an all-inclusive hotel. Also, the hotel was around 90% Italian guests during our stay, so unfortunately most of the entertainment and animation seemed to be directed towards them.
Overall, though, we had a fantastic, relaxing holiday and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable
We stayed for a week here really nice reception checked us in and took us to our rooms carrying all the bags up the stairs, room was great size and air con was cold balcony facing the Zill Pool bar was fantastic, first full day you have to explore this place is huge ( could do with some signage) all the bars staff were exceptional same as the restaurant staff. They do Sakara and Stella Lager Egyptian, we booked the Indian and Grill restaurant both were nice the views at the Indian you can see Farsha Cafe. Was my friends Birthday while we was here and Mamood (think he was bar manager) 🥰 went above and beyond Thank you. The Coral Reef was great bring a face mask and snorkel get some water shoes beach is hot and in water can be rocky under foot. Overall we had a fantastic time chilling out by the pool, whilst animation team stayed at the beach all day we’re all the activities are.
