I really liked the hotel. There are plenty of water slides for children, as well as slides for adults. The rooms are decent and cleaned daily. As for the food, there is a good variety, though items like shrimp and mango aren't served every day. The grounds are huge, with plenty to do. There is a kids' club with a Russian-speaking attendant; it operates for four hours a day, though not in a single continuous block. You can also visit the neighboring hotel to use their different water slides. I didn't care much for the beach—it’s rocky—though there is a shuttle bus to get there (or you can walk, which takes about 20 minutes). The service at the hotel itself is excellent; the staff are polite and attentive.

A wonderful family vacation – highly recommended!

We stayed at Albatros Aqua Park and had a really great experience. We enjoyed our holiday from the moment we arrived until the very last day. The hotel left us with a very positive impression, especially as a family travelling with a child.

Check-in and staff

From the very beginning, we were impressed by the reception staff. They were extremely helpful, polite and attentive. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they were always ready to help and give us the information we needed.

In fact, this applies to the staff throughout the entire hotel. Everyone was friendly, polite, welcoming and genuinely willing to help. It was very pleasant to see such a positive attitude from the employees.

Cleanliness

The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent. The entire territory was clean and well maintained, and our room was clean and comfortable as well.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well looked after. It is a pleasure to walk around the resort, and everything feels organized and cared for.

Aqua Park and entertainment

Of course, one of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the huge amount of entertainment.

The aqua park is fantastic, with lots of different slides and attractions. But it is important to mention that this is not only a water park. It feels like a full amusement park, with plenty of attractions for both children and adults.

There are also many swimming pools, so there is always something to do. Our child was absolutely thrilled and had an amazing time!

Another thing we really liked was the evening entertainment. The fun does not stop when the sun goes down. There are evening attractions and plenty of opportunities to spend time outside, walk around and enjoy the atmosphere. You definitely won't get bored here.

Animation – one small disappointment

There was only one thing that disappointed us a little: the information about the children's activities and animation was not always accurate.

The schedule displayed on the information board did not always match what the animators actually offered. Sometimes the activity listed on the board was not taking place, or the time was different. This was a little confusing, especially when travelling with a child and planning the day around the activities.

We hope the hotel will improve communication between the animation team and the information boards, because this would make the experience even better.

Apart from this, our child was absolutely delighted with the entertainment and had a fantastic time.

Pools and activities

There are plenty of swimming pools throughout the resort, with lots of options for both adults and children. Combined with the water slides and amusement attractions, there is always something to do.

Drinks and cocktails

We also enjoyed the drinks and especially the cocktails. They were tasty, and it was nice to have so many options available throughout the resort.

Overall impression

Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday at Albatros Aqua Park.

The combination of a huge aqua park, amusement attractions, numerous swimming pools, evening entertainment, a beautiful and clean territory, and—most importantly—friendly and helpful staff makes this hotel a great choice for families.

Our child was absolutely delighted, and that is probably the best indicator of how successful our holiday was.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. We really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff.

Despite the small issue with the children's animation schedule, we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely consider coming back again and would recommend Albatros Aqua Park to families, especially those travelling with children.
