We had just a 2 nights stay at this hotel and for sure will come back again, great pools and nice room facing the pool.
u need to fix the thermostat of the room, it made my two children thick in our vacation
over all vacation was satisfied
It was our first trip to Egypt so I didn't want to be too critical about, but as soon as all of my family had diarrhea (including child) and especially me, with the temperature of 38,3 degrees, i am critical about this hotel. Firstly, I agree with all the comments that mentioned dirty looking plates and plastic glasses from bars. I saw the staff collecting these used all over the day glasses from the beach into a trash bags. Why not use the papercups instead? The second is water and its quality: the guide warned us not to drink tap water, but I saw how barmen did cocktails with their bare hands washed with this exact tap water. Secondly, the level of service provided: I was heard about such a level of service that no-one in Europe can provide. And I may convince you it's not. From the very beginning of our bags left outside the hotel until we complete registration with the average room cleaning to the last day when we were not allowed to leave to the airport transfer because staff firstly had to check whether the room is fine. In Greece, for example, we had way more polite staff and were not suspected in room theft. Also, waiter service in restaurants should have been way more better, without sending me to bar myself to order a drink (but, thankfully, it was way more faster than order to the waiter). Thirdly, bars: the same hygienic problems and poor choice of a cocktails, rare fulfillment of juice machines, so, in fact, you had to drink a water sweetened with juice. There wasn't any fruits on the pool bar. Nothing to say about beach bar because it's so poor and senseless. In fact, the few things were cool are Family deluxe room, air conditioning, the sea and amount of two pools within the territory. The rest was not worth money to choose Egypt and especially Jaz fanara
Excellent place to stay with exceptional customer service. The resort is very beautiful and has 3 restaurants lots of dishes everyday. Staff are very efficient and caring
We had a great time it’s a great location at the jazz down on the Peninsula next to Alfanno Beach which is brilliant as well for a day. Snack bites great down at the main pool for lunch so it’s not too heavy. Pedro is brilliant at yoga he’s part of the animation team. We also took part in the aqua Jim. Beach towels are changed daily if you leave them outside your room which is great the beach is Sunday therefore you don’t need deck shoes. Please remember your air conditioner as that is not provided. Everyone is very polite very attentive. It is worth tipping everybody as well and they will bring your drinks to your table et cetera. It’s worth getting an eSIM card and uploading the inDrive app for taxis so you know how much they should be charging because they try to do it in dollars and end up trying to rip off the tourist, but they will haggle and they’re very good. Just be careful at Norma Bay cause you can get hassle to death and just be firm if you don’t want to go into a shop and say no and walk on but don’t forget to haggle if you want to buy anything.. also check the cashpoint you need to check that you don’t get ripped off at the exchange. You need to use the Citibank’s for the better exchange rate..
