We had a lovely stay at Jaz Fanara Resort, especially thanks to the amazing animation team, who went above and beyond to engage with guests, get to know us personally and build genuine, positive connections. Their energy, friendliness and involvement really made our holiday special.
A special thank you to Emad, our housekeeper, who looked after us so well, always checked that everything was okay and brightened our days with his lovely towel origami. His kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, our departure experience was disappointing. We were initially promised a spare room to shower and change before leaving, only to be told on the day that this was a miscommunication and that the only option was an outdoor shower by the pool in a public area. As women, we found this uncomfortable and overly exposed. Thankfully, Mustafa from the diving centre saved the day by kindly offering us the diving centre’s shower facilities, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a lovely holiday thanks to wonderful staff, but hopefully management can improve the departure arrangements.

This was our first visit to Egypt. The hotel and staff have ensured it won't be our last. We heard many guests saying how they have visited the hotel on many occasions, this was evident by the enthusiastic greetings given by the staff. All the staff work so hard, from restaurant, bar, gardeners, pool, entertainment,reception and room attendants.
We stayed in a spacious family suite which was tended to by Ahmed. What a lovely person. He couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had what we needed to fully enjoy our stay, from ensuring the suite was kept lovely and clean (regular sheet and towel changes etc), providing daily beach towels to helping out with services such as sorting out the laundering of shirts etc. All this and he still made time to bring a smile with his delightful towel/bedding art! Thanks Ahmed. We spent a fair bit of time at the Relaxation pool and were well looked after by the bar and pool staff. The food and staff in the Gazella Restaurant were also fabulous. Like many others, I feel and hope this won't be our last visit.
This was our 12th visit, every holiday has been brilliant, the staff, the cleanliness the entertainment, if you have a problem Hany saad is your man, need anything at the pool bar ramadan (rambo)is your man, if it's food you love, got great restaurants, snorkeling will blow your mind, do I need to say anything else 👌👍
