This exclusive 5 stars hotel located in Hadabet Om El Seed is right in the centre of IL Mercato Promenade which is home to some of the biggest International brands. IL Mercato promenade is an inspired creation from well-known Italian architect Daniele Morelli. Professor Morelli, a Renaissance expert who studied at the prestigious Accademia delle Belle Arti in Florence, is famed for his ability to accurately create contemporary buildings that are informed by iconic classical Roman and Venetian architecture that share the same sense of style, time and place.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We visited Ill Mercato Hotel in November for 14nights and it was a wonderful experience. The biggest asset this hotel has are the staff, they could not do enough to make our stay a great one.

This was our 7th time staying at this amazing hotel, and every visit feels just as special as the last. Two years ago, we were lucky enough to get married here, so this hotel will always have a very special place in our hearts. ❤️
This time, we returned to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, and once again, the whole team made our stay absolutely unforgettable.
A very special thank you to Anna, the Guest Relations Manager, who is truly exceptional. Her kindness, warmth and attention to detail make you feel like family rather than just a guest. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
We also want to give a huge thank you to Manager Mohamed Abd El-Gelil. His professionalism, care and dedication are clear throughout the hotel. He leads an amazing team and always makes guests feel welcomed and valued. His personal touch helped make our anniversary stay even more special.
And of course, a massive thank you to Mo and Tarek for their fantastic service. They are both so friendly, professional and genuinely caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their smiles and hospitality make such a difference.
After seven visits, we can honestly say this hotel feels like our second home. We have met so many wonderful people, made lifelong memories and created a very special connection with the staff.

A wonderful stay with comfortable accommodation and genuinely warm hospitality. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdelgelel, for his kindness and excellent hospitality.
We had a very nice and relaxed holiday. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Also nice animation team.
To be fair I booked this hotel I was here 10 years ago was absolutely great now needs a massive upgrade toilet smells taps don't work in the mane lounge lift got stuck on many times room no balcony some days no towels food repeated day after day staff in reception can hardly speak English would I go back no dave the alamasion were great
