IL Mercato promenade is an inspired creation from well-known Italian architect Daniele Morelli. Professor Morelli, a Renaissance expert who studied at the prestigious Accademia delle Belle Arti in Florence, is famed for his ability to accurately create contemporary buildings that are informed by iconic classical Roman and Venetian architecture that share the same sense of style, time and place.

Such an amazing experience
The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere and vibes were extraordinary, the buffet was beyond expectations, the pools were so fun to swim in specially the aqua park, the beach is in a perfect location where you can eat, swim, and do water activities, overall my experience was a 10/10 its such an underrated place and I definitely recommend going there.

Everything was honestly great super friendly staff, very fast golf cars that arrived whenever we needed since our room was slightly far from the main building , amazing food throughout all meals, and really good entertainment. The beach is a beach club that has a beautiful sandy beach the bus takes us from and to the beach every one hour. There are 5 pools in the hotel The 5 pools are great there is a pool that closes at 10 pm . the aqua pool was great all the slides were working perfectly and were sooo much fun! The location is also super convenient with a pharmacy, supermarket, and souvenir shops nearby. There is also access to macdonalds from inside the hotel itself. Great value for money. The room was so clean when we arrived and was daily perfectly cleaned. W didnt face any noise at all

The hotel is excellent The reception staff are polite, the restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is very good, the housekeeping is good, and most importantly, the entertainment team at the kids' club is wonderful. There's an Egyptian girl named Sou who treats the children in a very kind and lovable way. The mini disco and face painting were really nice, the kids had a lot of fun with it and I will definitely go back to the hotel again.
A Wonderful and Caring Person
Sue truly deserves this review. ❤️ She is such a kind, caring, trustworthy, and wonderful person. My daughter absolutely loves her and feels completely safe and comfortable with her. I’ve seen how much the other children love her too.
I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2022, and honestly, Sue is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I feel completely at ease leaving my daughter with her because I know she genuinely cares about the children and does her job with all her heart.
Even after we came home, my daughter kept talking about Sue and asking about her. She really made our holiday extra special. The hotel is very lucky to have her. ❤️
Nothing to write home about
Hotel needs updating in lots of areas, bathrooms especially. Food was terrible, several of the party had sickness. Some members of staff very rude but most very helpful. Let's just say I wouldn't return.
