Animation Dasha and Mido
Rested with my wife, the hotel is super, l like the beach and the sea, the territory is large,eell-groomed, green. I love animation, best Dasha anf Mido.
Never ever this hotel
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. You constantly have to pay tips just to receive basic service. The hotel is old, the furniture is worn out, the bathroom faucet was broken, and the shower was dirty and covered with mold. To make matters worse, the hotel owners allow their children to drive fast electric cars inside the hotel. One of them nearly ran over my son. The staff are rude and shout at guests when you ask for anything. Not a single employee smiled or showed any sense of hospitality. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
Dreams Beach Resort and Animation Team
Fantastic hotel, with so many activities. Animation team lead by Kelise and Shady were amazing and made our holiday extra special. The highlight was the beach foam party with fire 🔥 show and great DJs. We will be back! 😎
Not worth it
This hotel is not worth the money! The rooms are outdated but we never spent much time in the room anyway so wasn’t a bother for us. Hotel location is amazing I think this hotel has so much opportunity to be better it’s so big yet so dull there is no ‘life’. The bars are okay for an all inclusive however getting alcohol only past 1pm is a joke and being served fizzy drinks that aren’t even fizzy just syrup is shocking. Sitting around the pool is fine however animation team are not animation they are boring no smiles no active animation they walk around forcing guests to do 5 star reviews when really they don’t deserve the 5 stars. Evening entertainment is fine but you have to wait until 10:30pm to see a show that lasts 20 minutes. There is also a singer every night from 9pm also singing horrible but there is a different singer every night so atleast you get a variety of horrible singing I suppose. There is better hotels worth the same amount of money!
Family trip
Super satisfied with all services, friendly smiley stuff specially Mr.saif the most generous receptionist I've ever met ,from the first arrival he welcomed us really well and during our stay he was beyond our expectations, even every single person was very helpful,life guards, cheffs, I'll of course recommend this hotel, never hesitate to book it,all that efforts to satisfy their customers has an excellent management, quality control manager,customer care manager big applause to all of you guys.
