We liked the hotel overall. Every night we ate in different a la carte restaurnts. We loved Greek restaurant “Milos”. The food was excellent especially kalamari and fried zuccini. We went there two times! Tamer was very friendly. He helped us choose the food in menu! Also, labenese restaurant was awsome! You should try it definitely.

Having visited many resorts over the years, I believe Amphoras Blue Hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for travellers looking for an adults-only holiday in Sharm El Sheikh.

The resort enjoys a prime beachfront location and is part of a larger complex of three hotels, giving guests access to several restaurants within the Ultra All-Inclusive package. The selection of local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is another appreciated advantage.

The property is not brand new, and some areas clearly show their age. However, an ongoing refurbishment programme is already making a noticeable difference. The renovated rooms are modern and attractive, while the older ones remain spacious, clean, and perfectly functional. The accommodation is spread across low-rise buildings surrounded by well-maintained gardens, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

Food quality is in line with the hotel’s category, offering a wide variety of choices throughout the day, ensuring that every guest can easily find something to enjoy.

Overall, the staff are professional and courteous, although, as in any large resort, the level of service can vary from one person to another. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Malak Sanad, Food & Beverage Manager, for his commitment to guest satisfaction. A special mention also goes to Ahmed at the Pool Bar, whose exceptional dedication, professionalism and genuine care made a real difference throughout our stay. Thanks also to Ahmed at the Main Restaurant and Ahmed at the Welcome Bar for their kindness and attentive service.

Overall, I would confidently recommend this resort for its excellent value for money. Once the refurbishment is completed, I believe it has the potential to become one of the best adults-only four-star resorts in Sharm El Sheikh

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The facilities were excellent, my room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

I would like to thank the entire hotel staff for their outstanding hospitality. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

A very special thank you goes to the lifeguard team, especially Mohamed, Ramadan, and Abd El Hamid. They were exceptional throughout my stay—always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Their positive attitude, kindness, and dedication to ensuring guests’ safety and comfort made a real difference. They are a great asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition.

I would also like to give a special shout-out to the animation team, especially Boudy. His energy, enthusiasm, and friendly personality made every activity fun and enjoyable. He created a great atmosphere and made guests feel welcome and included, adding even more great memories to my stay.
