Enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures have been implemented in guest rooms; lifts; public areas; and back of house areas.
Keeping a Distance Without Being Far Away; we ensure that a distance of 1.5 to 2 metres is respected by both guests and employees. Arrive in Style; Refreshing towels; hand sanitiser; and face masks come as standard. A luggage cleaning and disinfection service are offered upon arrival before your suitcases are delivered to your room.
A Warm Welcome; When arriving at a hotel you will find an easily accessible sanitising station at the entrance. Our receptionists and iconic Ladies in Red look forward to welcoming you; and guiding you through an adjusted check in procedure. Do Not Enter My Room; At check in you will be offered the possibility of choosing the new Do Not Enter My Room option which means that while all services remain available our employees will not enter your room during your stay until you express a wish to have your room serviced. Room service deliveries; luggage assistance; and other services will take place in front of your room.

Why we always come back!
We are returning guests to this wonderful hotel, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. We absolutely love this place, and it has truly become our happy place for family holidays.
In fact, during the month of July alone, we visited twice because we simply couldn’t find anywhere that could match a holiday in Soma Bay at this hotel. Every stay confirms that we’ve found our favorite destination, and we always leave looking forward to our next visit.
What makes this hotel truly stand out is that, regardless of any changes in management over the years, the long-standing staff continue to maintain exceptional quality and service. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality ensure that the experience remains consistently outstanding every single time we visit.
A very special thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. Mahroos went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with his tremendous support and kindness. Madonna at the main restaurant reception was always warm, friendly, and welcoming. The managers of the main restaurant were excellent, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and Albert provided truly extraordinary service throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to note everyone’s names, but every member of staff we interacted with was fantastic. No matter where we were in the hotel, our requests were always met with a smile, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help.
Thank you to everyone for another unforgettable holiday. This hotel has become our happy place and will always be our first choice in Hurghada. We can’t wait to return again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, outstanding staff, and a truly memorable holiday.
One small point of constructive feedback —and it does not affect our hotel rating in any way — is regarding the Seascope semi-submarine excursion offered through the hotel. We have already shared our feedback with the Lady in Red team and the Aqua Center. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The staff on the semi-submarine were unprofessional, impolite and we had concerns about the way safety was handled during the trip. We hope the hotel will reconsider working with this provider, as it does not reflect the high standards of service and quality that the hotel consistently delivers in every other aspect of the guest experience.
