Do Not Enter My Room; At check in you will be offered the possibility of choosing the new Do Not Enter My Room option which means that while all services remain available our employees will not enter your room during your stay until you express a wish to have your room serviced. Room service deliveries; luggage assistance; and other services will take place in front of your room.

Very nice stay.
High-level structure to truly experience Egypt.
Starting with room 1508, which is simple in itself but well-equipped and offers a stunning view that brightens your day.
The staff is truly kind and welcoming, and I would like to thank everyone. In particular, I would like to thank Ahmed at the reception, Hamdi, who made up my room every morning and made sure I had everything I needed, Samir, the pool lifeguard, who always managed to put a smile on my face, and Mashrouf from the concierge, who helped me with my luggage when it was time to leave.
A place I would gladly recommend to friends.

Good value for money
My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week at the Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay 5*, and I am still under the absolute charm of this place! If you are looking for a truly relaxing, upscale vacation away from the chaotic crowds, this hotel is an absolute gem. The architecture and the entire grounds are breathtaking—everything is so clean, elegant, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, featuring a very comfortable king-size bed and a lovely balcony where we loved having our morning coffee. The beach here is simply out of this world: wide stretches of soft, fine sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a gorgeous coral reef right by the shore where we spent hours snorkeling. The service throughout the resort is top-notch; the staff is exceptionally polite, attentive, and always greets you with a genuine smile. While the hotel itself is pure luxury, we also wanted to explore Egypt's incredible history and culture. Naturally, we checked the prices offered by our hotel guide at the information desk, but we were honestly quite shocked by how overpriced they were. Luckily, I had researched beforehand and found a fantastic local agency called Sheriff Egypt (you can easily find them by their name on the internet).Booking our tours through Sheriff Egypt turned out to be one of the best decisions of our entire trip. Their prices were significantly lower than the hotel's offers, yet the organization and quality of service were miles ahead.Since we love deep and comfortable travel, we booked private tours to Cairo and Luxor, and it was worth every single penny. We had an exclusive individual program tailored just for us, accompanied by a personal guide who spoke brilliant, fluent English and shared fascinating historical facts without rushing us. Traveling was a breeze because they provided a brand-new, impeccably comfortable minibus (a 2026 model), which made the long drives extremely smooth and pleasant.In addition to the major historical sites, we also booked a Hurghada city tour and a visit to the Hurghada Museum of Antiquities through them. It added such a wonderful variety to our vacation—we learned so much about modern local life as well as ancient Egyptian artifacts in a very relaxed atmosphere.If you are planning a trip to the Red Sea and want a perfect blend of high-end resort relaxation and unforgettable, well-organized excursions, I cannot recommend the Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay and Sheriff Egypt enough! They truly made our holiday magical.
the perfect vacation
Everything was perfect, everyone was so welcoming and willing to help if there would have been any problem. I’ll come back for sure, it was really an amazing vacation. I had an amazing experience with Mustafa who did an amazing work with my room and that was always nice , and Nancy who was always available to help and sweet . They made my experience even more positive, the structure of the resort is beautiful and everyone paid attention to the smallest details. I highly recommend it.
My stay at Kempinski
The structure is very well-equipped, the staff is extremely friendly and willing to assist you for anything you might need. The atmosphere is magical, with enchanting sunsets and oriental vibes. I had a very positive experience with Mustafa who made sure our room was always clean and comfortable. He also created towel animals and he wrote very sweet notes to us. He always ensured we were having an amazing time and I really appreciated it. I went to the gym every day, the staff at the desk were simply amazing and very nice to talk to, especially Nancy. She’s been very helpful and kind to us and we’re definitely looking forward to seeing her again! I loved the attention to detail that the staff put in every day and i recommend this experience for sure, we’ll come back to Soma Bay hopefully soon .
