The hotel is excellent. The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, and the beach is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful, and the whole place feels very safe. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel facilities were good and well-maintained, but unfortunately, the staffβs attitude and service were disappointing. The staff were not friendly or helpful especially front desk, which negatively affected our overall experience. I hope the management focuses on improving customer service and staff professionalism, as the hotel has good potential.
Big shotout to the animation team: Amr, Seiko, Sahar, Cash, Enzo, Wajdi etc. They made our stay here fun and energetic and contributed to the fantastic atmosphere. Whole staff is also good sport, recepcionist, bartenders, waiters, room maintenance.
The appearance of the hotel is a bit outdated, but it has its own charm. In the future it should be refreshed, starting with furniture at the lobby, rooms, restaurants.
The beach is 10+
The overall experience is positive and I would recomend this hotel to everyone.

i had a wonderful experience at the hotel and the animators was so friendly and they made the stay fun and enjoyable i would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and entertaining holiday and much love to Estella sheβs so sweet
