This amazing resort is located 20 km from the city of Hurghada and 18km from its airport. It has everything visitors could possibly need to enjoy a memorable stay. There is a private beach with a jetty leading to two natural lagoons, a sunken city to explore and an old town that is the commercial and entertainment hub. Among the numerous amenities are three outdoor pools, a choice of water sports, a spa and fitness centre, tennis and volleyball courts and a built in outdoor hot tub. A vast array of eating experiences can be enjoyed in the resort's restaurants. There are a selection of bars that offer a wide range of drinks from cocktails to oriental hot and cold beverages. The beautiful elegantly designed rooms have either a sea or a mountain view and a terrace or a balcony. They have air-conditioning, satellite television, hi speed internet, a safe and a mini-bar.
Pamper yourself with on-site massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 5 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Fantastic beautiful hotel. Very clean, well appointed rooms. All staff and management, welcoming, friendly and proffesional. Wide choice of food, well prepared and nicely presented. No shortage of sunbeds around the pools. would recommend, and return in a heartbeat
Just on our way home from an amazing holiday here. This was our 4th visit and again we were so well looked after.
There were plenty of sunbeds and everything was lovely and clean. It was lovely to see familiar faces amongst the staff who remembered us from our previous visits.
A special mention to Emad Stefanos from the Indian restaurant, a lovely guy who always gives such friendly and helpful service.
Also Hany Samy from the Turkish restaurant, who was again really friendly and helpful.
All of the staff are so friendly and always say hello or good morning to us, which makes you feel really welcome.
There was plenty of food and drink and, once again, everything was lovely. We have had another amazing holiday and will definitely be back! ❤️☀️

This was our first time at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh, and hopefully not the last one. We were very satisfied with the hotel, services, food&beverages. The staff is extremly kind, they say hello to everyone, or ask how they are, even if they do not speak good English. We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday, and the staff was very supportive in organizing all the details perfectly. They played a major part in making the celebration truly memorable.
The rooms are very comfortable, big and clean. The bed is perfect with a qood quality mattress.
The food selection is varied; everyone can find something to suit their taste. The range of fresh salads and vegetables is simply impressive. The only thing I missed was plant-based milk. The bartenders were incredibly creative and friendly—they had a kind word for everyone, even when it was clear they were exhausted by the end of the day.
The animation team is not overly intrusive; they are friendly and entertaining. The activities and programs they organize are varied, too. Every member of the staff is helpful and kind.
The hotel has its own pier; at the far end, you can enter the open water, where the marine life is amazing. Diving is also available, though we didn't try it. We were really disappointed that the pier gets closed off, as we would have loved to watch the sea waking up at sunrise.
I can't recommend this hotel enough — one of the best holidays we've had together. Everyone was so welcoming and looked after us so well.
All the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough — from reception, bar and restaurant staff to housekeeping. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite; we don't know their names but the staff there were funny, polite and friendly. We also had a lovely evening with entertainment in the Turkish restaurant — it was absolutely fantastic!
A big thank you to the barman at the swim-up pool bar who looked after us the first week — we hadn't even put our towels down and he was bringing us water! The second week we were at the waterside pool — Seek (hope that's right!) also looked after us so well and kept us hydrated 😌🍷
And a special shout-out to Saad, Diaa and Mohamad at the lounge bar — their hospitality was incredible, so warm and friendly. The evening entertainment was amazing too. We didn't do much in the day apart from aqua gym, but the team were great with all the guests — especially Kola, who always came over for a chat and taught us some Egyptian!
Overall we loved this hotel — hopefully we'll be back in the near future! ❤️
