Anniversary in a special Egyptian hotel.
We spent four night in this hotel from 19-23 of august. We celebrated our wedding anniversary. The hotel was built in 2009, but it very well maintenend, I heve never thought that it is more than 15 years old. Immeditaly our first impression was very good, when we met by Abdullah at the reception, who was very informative and helpfull. We got a room with two single bed, but he solved the problem 5 minutes and we got the double bed. Another receptionist Al Sayed also was very kind and smart, he upgraded our package to VIP a few minutes. Overall the staff very kind, attentive and helpfull. Everyone have a smile and a kind word for you. In the main restaurant Turkiz the foods was very varitety. Our favorit chef was Mostafa, who is like a magician or a cocktail maker. He makes a show every morning with the eggs. Besides that a very smiling man with good with good humor. I would like to highlight the staff of the pool bar. This is maybe the best team in the hotel with a good leader like Haten. The harmony between them is incredibly great. They juggle trays weighing several kilograms next to the pools. Thank you everything for Michael, Maled, Mohamed and of course Haten but all of the team. Every morning I met Mahmud who helped us choose a sunbed and opened the umbrella. He is a very kind man, he is always smiling. And i would like also highlite the a'la carte restaurants. Unfortunetelly, we couldn't to book in the Bella Italia, but besides this we cold to make a reservation in the Little Delhi, Society and Ossiano restaurants. Everyone was very high quality, the staff was incredibly prepared. Special thank to Ahmed in the Ossiano and Fatih in the Society and Little Delhi. I recommend everyone to try the à la carte restaurants. These dishes were very delicious, they looked good, they were crispy, tender, fragrant, etc. The lobby bar also had a very classy atmosphere, our favorite waiter was Hani. We hardly had to wait for our drinks and he always asked if we wanted something to drink. So he was very attentive. Since we upgraded to a VIP package, we were able to have breakfast delivered to our room once. This was also of a very high standard, special thanks to Kamal. Finally, I would like to make some suggestions to the hotel management. The quality of the drinks could be better at least in the VIP package. I am thinking of world brands such as Tequila Sierra, Jose Cuervo, El Jimador Absolut or Finnlandia vodka, Jack Daniels, Jameson. Also, since it is very hot, I think it would be a good idea if the drinks, especially beer and cocktails, were served in cold glasses and chilled, because a shot at 30 degrees is undrinkable. Furthermore if it is possible the restrooms number can be more in the pool area. The hotel's cleaning is of a very high standard. The shared bathrooms were cleaned throughout the day, with a separate cleaning staff taking care of these tasks. Almost every place are hands desinfaction appliance. The cleaning in the rooms also high quality.

We had an amazing stay at Premier Le Rêve. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfect for a relaxing adults-only holiday. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to an excellent standard every day. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of choice at every meal, and the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The pools, beach, and spa were all superb, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding and really made the experience memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a first-class stay in Hurghada.
The Perfect Honeymoon!
I honestly don’t know where to begin with this hotel. The only word that springs to mind is perfect! The staff from start to finish were amazing. We were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing drink. We booked the ‘Le Reve Suite’ and the room was out of this world! It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Cleaned daily by the most amazing and friendly cleaner who always asked if there was more he could do. The bar staff are amazing! So friendly and fun to be around and cannot do enough for you. Entertainment team were great aswell and the evening entertainment was really good. Now for the food, without doubt the best food i have ever had in any all inclusive resort. The A La Carte restraunts are so amazing it’s hard to put in to words. Again the staff in each of these are brilliant. You also get cold towels daily around the pool, aswell as someone who comes around and offers to clean your sunglasses for free. If you are undecided about this hotel don’t be, BOOK IT. We will be forever greatful to this beautiful hotel and incredible staff for giving us the honeymoon of ours dreams. We cannot wait to return for our anniversary. Thank you Premier Le Reve!

We have had an absolutely wonderful stay at Premier Le Rêve Hotel & Spa in Hurghada, and can genuinely say that it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Without exception, everyone we have encountered has been incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, and there is a genuine desire to make sure that guests are happy and well looked after. The level of service has been outstanding and has made our stay feel very special.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The standards of housekeeping throughout the rooms, communal areas, restaurants and pool areas are first class.
The food is excellent, with a great choice and consistently high quality. There is plenty of variety, and we have thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience throughout our stay.
The facilities are equally impressive. There are at least four swimming pools, all of which are immaculately maintained, with waiter service around the pool areas – a particularly nice touch that makes relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. The hotel also has an excellent, well-equipped gym, which is considerably better than we have found in many other hotels.
Overall, Premier Le Rêve has exceeded our expectations. It combines excellent facilities, fantastic food and exceptional cleanliness, but above all it is the wonderful staff and the level of service they provide that make this hotel stand out.
We have been fortunate enough to stay in some very good hotels over the years, and Premier Le Rêve genuinely ranks amongst the very best.
A very easy 5 stars from us. We have loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel with even greater staff
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everything was very clean, well maintained and easy to reach since the hotel itself isn’t too large.
We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was very spacious, with a beautiful balcony view and an extremely comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day and always looked great.
The food was delicious with plenty of variety. Every lunch and dinner had something different, with options for every taste. We especially enjoyed the themed evenings in the main restaurant, sometimes with acoustic music, and the gala night featuring dishes from all the à la carte restaurants was a really nice idea.
The pools were clean, the sunbeds comfortable, and the beach was beautiful with crystal-clear water. The gym was also well equipped for a good workout.
But what really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, smiling and attentive without ever being pushy. Special thanks to Mohammed Adem and Mostafa from the restaurant, Hatem from the beach bar, and Abdula, the lifeguard. They all made us feel very welcome.
The only thing we would improve would be the choice of singers for the evening entertainment. Also, gentlemen, remember to bring long trousers for dinner.
Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily return to!
