Premier Le Reve Hotel and Spa

First time in Egypt and what a perfect hotel to go to, would recommend. Hotel room was a little dated, but very clean, bathroom very big and bed(massive) /living area ample, with a lovely outside seating area. Hotel itself was excellent, pools were very nice sizes and plenty of beds. The staff make this hotel, they do not stop working from morning to night, always pleasant and friendly and looked after us so well. Too many to mention, but special mention to Mahmoud by the pool, Hazem who made sure we stayed hydrated at the pool, Hani in the lobby bar, Mohamed who kept our room clean and left us different towel shapes daily (room 2113), Mohamed in Ossiana at lunch who looked after us each day and Badrai from guest relations who checked in on us regularly and helped with restaurant bookings and late checkout. Food excellent would recommend the VIP suite/upgrade as society restaurant was perfect. We booked Al la carte restaurants for each day and only used the buffet at breakfast time. Service and food and attentiveness of all staff was excellent at all restaurants. Overall a perfect (very hot in July) holiday and we will definitely return.

Some hotels take several visits to reveal their true quality – others win you over from the very start and then confirm that level on every subsequent stay. Premiere Le Rêve in Sahl Hasheesh clearly belongs to the second category. This is already my third visit, and I’m delighted to report that service and cuisine remain consistently on a level I rarely experience elsewhere.

Leadership You Can Feel What makes this property special becomes apparent right in its leadership structure. At most luxury hotels, you barely ever see the Hotel Manager – here it’s exactly the opposite. The Resident Manager is present every single day, personally attending to guests’ wellbeing and keeping a close eye on smooth service delivery. Direct, personal communication with guests is clearly important to him, and this attitude carries through to the entire team: everywhere you turn, you meet friendly, helpful, and unfailingly polite staff who visibly go out of their way to fulfill every wish. A team any manager could rightfully be proud of.

Boutique Character at International Luxury Level Premiere Le Rêve doesn’t need membership in an international chain to compete on equal footing with the biggest names – on the contrary, its boutique character is exactly what sets it apart. As an adults-only hotel, it offers precisely the peace and relaxation you’re looking for when seeking a true escape: the warm waters of the Red Sea, soothing quiet by the pool, and a feeling that quickly makes it seem like a second home.

World-Class Culinary Experience Culinarily, this hotel is simply outstanding. Even the buffet restaurant impresses with an excellent selection of local and international dishes – nothing ever looks “ransacked” or careless; everything is always abundant and beautifully presented.

For those seeking a special evening, a table can be reserved at one of the six à la carte restaurants – and without exception, all of them deliver at a high level. I’d especially like to highlight the Japanese restaurant Miyako, and in particular its sushi: I eat sushi often and gladly all over the world, but the sashimi here was the freshest I’ve ever had – truly exceptional. Fans of Indian cuisine are equally well taken care of at Little Dehli: the quality of the dishes is such that you’d think you were in Delhi rather than Sahl Hasheesh.

Bottom Line In the end, though, it’s the people here who make the real difference. As a traveler in search of genuine relaxation, I don’t need to try another hotel in Hurghada – Premiere Le Rêve delivers everything I could wish for. And it doesn’t need a “Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World” plaque to belong among the best – the substance speaks for itself. I’m already looking forward to my next annual dose of sunshine here.
