The location is excellent, the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the treatment is excellent

It was very nice, clean, very good food, the first room was not what we expected but then we got a very nice one, the swimming pools were clean, every evening until 11:00 pm there were all kinds of shows, music, dancers and a party on the beach, it is a relaxing hotel without children. There is also a photographer named Ali, I recommend taking some extraordinary pictures and you will be left with wonderful memories! The sea has ebb and flow but you can enter from the pontoon, you cannot enter the water from the beach because there are corals, but on the left side if you go about 100m you can enter the water there.

OK, so we go here a lot (three times this year) and yes we really, really like it! We are Paul King and Joy Matthew, who were here again in mid July.
Our stay was excellent from start to finish. While the rooms are a little dated, they are perfectly functional and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. A special mention goes to Reda, who looked after our room so well every day. The attention to cleanliness and detail was outstanding.
The food was excellent throughout our stay. The à La carte restaurants were particularly impressive, especially the Indian, Chinese, and Italian. I would highly recommend the mushroom soup, the veal, the Indian chicken curry, and the chicken teriyaki – all were delicious and beautifully prepared.
The service across the hotel was second to none. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The pool service was also excellent, with Carlos providing outstanding service and ensuring we always had everything we needed.
One small point, the customer service and quality feedback forms after every à La carte meal, should be on the Premier le Reve app and not a paper copy (more environmentally friendly) and must be easier to complete and manage.
Magda (customer service manager) has always sorted out our restaurant bookings and is always around to help with any other issues.
Salah in the gym did a great job as always, but due to my excessive chocolates and good food intake, I still managed to put on some serious pounds…
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Although the rooms could benefit from a refresh, the outstanding cleanliness, service, and dining more than make up for it. We happily return again and again and would highly recommend it.
