Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, gift shops/newsstands and wedding services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Great stay with great vibes, The service was perfect especially the food, All of the restaurant staff and the manager Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud was very friendly and so helpful.
This is our 9th time at Old Palace Sahl Hasheesh Resort, and every time we come back, we are reminded why this place feels like home. ❤️
It is truly a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff, great service, and a warm atmosphere. We always enjoy our stay so much, and this time was no exception.

He always does his very best to make sure we get the most suitable room, especially one with a beautiful view. His kindness and effort are truly appreciated.
🍽️ The Restaurant Team A big thank you to the whole restaurant team, and especially Chef Mahmoud El Tayeb, Megally, Maichel and Fahmy. The food has always been good during our previous stays, but this time, the variety was especially impressive. We really noticed the improvement and enjoyed the wide range of choices.
We also want to thank Mr. Ahmed, the restaurant manager, for being such a supportive and professional person. The excellent service and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant are definitely a reflection of his efforts, together with those of the entire team.
🍹 The Bar Team A very special thank you to Mina, Mahmoud, and Amr. They are all incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their smiles and warm service always make our time at the bar even more enjoyable.
🎉 The Animation Team We would also like to give a special mention to the amazing animation team. They made a big difference to our stay by bringing so much energy, fun, and positive spirit every day. Today’s pool activity was absolutely amazing — truly wonderful! Everyone had such a great time, and the team’s enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable.

Our stay at Old Palace Hotel was truly wonderful From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome . The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful hotel grounds . You can really see that the team cares about making guests feel comfortable and happy We had a great holiday and would definitely be happy to visit Old Palace Hotel again
