We were extremely satisfied with our holiday at the hotel and have absolutely no complaints about Hotel Kaisol. We give it 5+ rating and would certainly love to return.
Absolutely fantastic stay at KaiSol
Absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From Mohamed at reception to Ali at the lobby bar, and Bassem by the pool β the service was exceptional. Bassem in particular never stopped, always checking in and even bringing drinks straight to our swim-up pool.
The food in the restaurant was faultless β so much variety and all beautifully presented. I honestly spent ages just walking around admiring it all π€£
The hotel itself is spotless with such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere throughout.
The beach was stunning, and the staff there were just as helpful and attentive.

Fab couples stay
All staff make an excellent effort to get to know each guest, we stayed for a week as a first holiday together without the kids! Attention to detail from the bar staff to the towel/ beach team was impeccable. We could thoroughly relax and be well taken care of, but chose to do lots of trips via Sun International and the Blue Marlin water team (Zidan very lovely man). Whenever we got back to the hotel everyone was glad to see us, particularly Ali in the lobby bar who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Svetlana in guest relations sorted any issues we had and the restaurant manager and his team in the main restaurant couldnβt have been more attentive, a wonderful experience.
Excellent service and hospitality
Canβt fault this hotel Svetlana is lovely and warm extremely helpful in guest relations, staff in reception, restaurants, bars, (too many to name) very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. 2nd time we have been here and whilst there this time we have booked a return visit.
