Everything was good and the best of all was the waiter in the eating area mustafa talha I hope when you come to seven seas jolie bay in safaga Egypt and decide to go eat I hope he will be your waiter I didn’t even need to ask for a refill and he was there every time with a refill when I finished

They had a lot of good activity's it was a lot of fun the Staff was very nice. The Room was beautiful. The Food was delicious and the restaurant to. You can make a lot of friends with the Workers.

Beautiful beach setting - Not 5*
Beautiful setting, but not quite a 5-star experience
We stayed at Seven Seas Jolie Bay and, while there were certainly some positives, I personally wouldn’t rate this as a 5-star hotel.
Our room was beautiful — modern, spacious, very comfortable and with a stunning view. The beach setting is also a real highlight, with beautiful views and a lovely overall location. In my opinion, it’s the scenery, beach and views that really make this hotel.
However, there were areas that let the hotel down. Once you have experienced the à la carte restaurants, the buffet food becomes quite monotonous, particularly if you are staying for more than a few days. I expected a greater variety and quality of food from a hotel marketed as 5-star.
The gluten-free options were also very, very poor. As someone who requires a gluten-free diet, I found the choice extremely limited and disappointing for a hotel of this standard. There was very little variety available, and it was difficult to find suitable options without having to repeatedly ask or rely on very basic foods. This is an area I feel the hotel really needs to improve.
The pool area also needs much more attention and maintenance. There were missing tiles and areas that looked tired and in need of repair. The pool bar in particular felt unmaintained, which took away from what could otherwise be a really enjoyable pool experience.
Overall, I think Seven Seas Jolie Bay has huge potential. The beautiful beach, stunning views and modern rooms are definite positives, but the food variety, extremely limited gluten-free options and general maintenance of the pool areas need significant improvement for me to consider it a true 5-star experience.
A beautiful setting, amazing area to snorkel but unfortunately the facilities, food and gluten-free offering didn’t quite live up to the 5-star expectation.
