Perfect hotel for families
I want to thank all teams who is working in this hotel. My vacation finished a lot of months ago but I still remember how good it was. I want to thank a lifeguard Sherif he always ready to help speaks polite makes people to feel comfort and gets along well with children. I also want to thank Hamdi because he made good team who working good. Thanks Mustafa from Bar, he making his work quirky and with high quality. In this hotel all stuff is smiling and always trying to help and to make you trip more comfortable. I liked rooms, they are big and cozy. The food is delitious.
The Best Staff at Seven Seas
I would like to recognize and praise the following staff members at Seven Seas, who made my stay truly memorable.
First of all, Sherif, the lifeguard on the beach. He is an amazing person and helped me a lot throughout my holiday. He is kind, professional, and always willing to help.
Secondly, I would like to thank Abudukarim, the Food & Beverage Manager. He is a very polite, professional, and friendly gentleman who always makes guests feel welcome.
Thirdly, Hamdi. He is a very friendly, cheerful, and funny person who always puts a smile on people’s faces. I highly recommend him.
Also, if you visit the beauty salon and spa, ask for Mustafa. He will take great care of you and offer you the best prices.
Finally, I would like to appeal to the management of Seven Seas to reward these employees for their hard work and dedication. They truly deserve higher salaries and recognition for the outstanding effort they put into making guests feel welcome and cared for.

One of the Best Resorts in Soma Bay
We just returned home today after an amazing holiday, and we truly had a wonderful experience. My wife, my son, and I absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the food was delicious with a huge variety to suit every taste, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The animation team did an excellent job keeping both adults and children entertained throughout our stay. What made our vacation even more special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We stayed in Room 1119 from 11 July to 16 July, and everything exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back again as soon as possible. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Soma Bay

We had an amazing stay at Seven Seas Jolie, and we would especially like to thank the beach lifeguards Salah, Sherif, and Ataa.
They were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every day they greeted us with a smile, made sure the beach area was safe and well organized, and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude, kindness, and genuine care for the guests made our beach experience even more enjoyable.
