Pool

Where do I even begin…………check in was terrible. Greeted at midnight by rude checking staff to find out room wasn’t even ready. We then eventually got sent to a dingy back room looking over a car park when we paid for a sea view. We eventually got moved into our correct room after 4 attempts at the reception only to be told come back later. Wasted the full first day!

The all inclusive drink is shockingly bad. The spirits especially, which don’t even taste like they should (vodka tastes like white rum). The beer is ok but only when served cold which is a rarity. We later found out that if you don’t want an upset stomach, better not to have ice which isn’t ideal in 35 degree heat. Dirty and unwashed glasses!

Onto the slightly more positive points. The guys at the pool are very attentive, friendly and do their best to give you the 5 star service. This is also the case with certain waiters in the restaurant but for the most part, the staff are pretty rude.

One stand out part is the food. This was excellent! Great variety and changed up every day. Guy cooking the eggs was especially good and a proper character.

All in all, this hotel could be so much better but poorly managed with poor hygiene practices in certain parts. Definitely won’t be back. Avoid if you don’t want to be ill.

Very clean, good food, very well-equipped gym, extremly bad local alcohol (label: Yanni. I checked the prices online: vodka costs in retail! under 2.50 USD, "whisky" less then 2 USD ...) very kind and supportive staff.

We spent on this hotel two weeks. Hotel is nice, clean and People are Very nice too. Sea is of course in this time colder, but we also enjoy it. Not so long time like in summer. In pool is also water OK for swiming and for Aqua gym. Food is colourfull, we everytime find something nice. It is ofcourse different, but it is why we are here.

Wonderful resort, everything was amazing, the staff was very proffessional and the rooms were excelent. The food was delicious and it has many choices.
The pool and the spa center was very warm and we had a lot of pool activities, also we had a lot of fun.

Best hotel in Egypt

Nice Place, great food, nice animation team, gentle people and ready to help you about every necessity . Yes, a Place to return tò visita Luxor and do some more snorkeling. A week Is not enough. Perfect weather in january, not very hot. Miss you all ready Hurgada and Aqua mondo!
