A wonderful evening at the Disco Bar! We had such a lovely time at the Disco Bar during our stay. A special thank you to Said for his warm, friendly and professional service. He really knows how to make guests feel welcome and always served us with a big smile. The cocktails and shots were absolutely fantastic — Said is definitely one of the best when it comes to drinks! 🍹🥂 We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the great service and the attention he gave us. Thank you, Said, for making our evenings so enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely remember you and the great time we had at the Disco Bar! ❤️ Highly recommended

Hotel is amazing green with a lot of pools around that you ca enjoy the blues and greens front of you all time
Good and beverage quality is very high , special outlets like Turkish restaurant and beach lounge is very great
One of the best Gym at all resorts of Egypt well equipped and located near to the sea
Hotel staff is very friendly and place is amazing huge that you can’t stop walking around to enjoy every corner
Clean hotel with lots of facilities but poor food
Its a bit out of the way.

Very clean, staff are always cleaning. Garden staff maintain an excellent environment.
Swim guards are on the ball and available at all times at every pool no matter how small.
Lots of sun beds always available also pool towels.
Its not a 5 star hotel as however the family premier room is small and needs updating with a sofa supplied instead of a bed. This was immediately rectified by guest relations also given complimentary late check out.
Food quality was not good with over and undercooked food and food that had been in place too long. I developed a stomach bug after a 7 day stay.
Unfortunately i would not return. Even the children who generally loved it did not like the food and said they would not like to return.

Amazing resort
One of the best resorts I have ever visited. Everything was perfect—from the smooth check-in process( Special thanks to Mr. Mostafa Ashraf. )to the excellent housekeeping and attentive service. The pools, entertainment, restaurants, and beach were all first-class. Every detail reflects quality and genuine care for guests. .( Activities Department, especially the staff working at the beach; they were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful—particularly Ibrahim Atef, Captain Yasser Khalawi Gouda, and Karim El-Hani. )Thank you to the entire Xanadu team for making our vacation unforgettable.
