The Xanadu Makadi Bay hotel is truly at a very high level and overall exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely super during our entire stay.
Accommodation: The rooms were perfectly clean and fragrant, and housekeeping worked like clockwork. Gastronomy: The food was fantastic, the selection was huge, and the à la carte restaurants were simply perfect – every course was an experience. Entertainment and program:The program and evening entertainment were very varied and interesting, thanks to which we were not bored for a single day.
Special thanks go to the entire staff for their professional and cordial approach. Everyone was great, but we especially want to highlight Karim, who was incredibly kind, always smiling, and willing to help with anything.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we left this hotel thrilled and will definitely be happy to return here again!

My family and I had a great stay! We really enjoyed the hotel, especially the friendly staff at the main restaurant Otia. Special mention to the guy serving the ice cream Mahmoud always kind, smiling ! We’ll definitely come back 😊
Excellent stay. The standard is High and the service is excellent. The hotel staff is always available and highly dedicated. Hotel facilities are outstanding.
Very bad experience. We are family of 10, grandparents us and children. They first of all did't have our reservations correct, we booked 4 double rooms next to each other they gave 3 twins 1 double. We asked for a change of at least 1 of the rooms to also be double and closer to the other 3. Only 1 stuff member was kind enough to help us properly and suggested a double room for the next day, next to the other 3. The next day they were able to give us the room very late. Even though it is a lesser problem they are unable to communicate properly and correctly help their guests. The stuff at the reception is unprofessional, unsupportive or simply tired of handling so many guests. There are other hotels with similar pricing like Serry beach or Steigenberger which are so much better that i will never make a mistake coming to this place.
