Entertainment staff very friendly, but food let's this hotel down so does the beach , rooms small only rate 3star .
‼️‼️‼️Kein Strand am Hotel! Der angegebene Strand ist geschlossen. Stattdessen muss man ca. 40 Minuten zu einem anderen Hotel fahren.
‼️‼️‼️ No beach at the hotel! The advertised beach is closed. Instead, you have to travel about 40 minutes to another hotel to use a beach.
‼️‼️‼️На території готелю немає пляжу! Вказаний пляж закритий. Натомість потрібно близько 40 хвилин їхати до іншого готелю, щоб потрапити на пляж.
Firstly the staff throughout the whole holiday from Check in, bar staff, restaurant staff were brilliant. The rooms were spacious and the pool were a good size.
Now to the bad parts. Rooms were never cleaned in 10 days, just beds made and fresh towels. Showers are extra slippery. The food was repetitive and had beef goulash pretty much every night. Evening entertainment was apalling and was out the front t of the hotel With a make shift bar who ran out of everything The locations of the hotel is poor. Harassed by staff for a massage or a trip 3-4 time a day. Yousefffrom the entertainment team was brilliant but the rest were poor and rude. Cocktails are shocking

The hotel is very bad first of all check in supposed to be at 12 we got to our room around 2 pm and they kept making us wait and wait we asked for a bellman to take our bags to the 3rd floor where our room is they kept ignoring us until we waited for more than 30 minutes and we took our bags up by ourselves and the room arent the best thing they are very small and they aren't cleaned well and the house keeping is awful and the don't change the sheets and don't clean the bathroom and the towels smell awful they actually smell so bad that they smell not washed and they have insects in the rooms and sheets and no bathroom ventilators while showering overall horrible service in checking in and room service now to the food the food is terrible and disgusting and cheap and it's repeated everyday nothing new except at night they do a national dish from each country and it's terrible they had an Asian night and the sushi was terrible it was basically colored rice and the shrimp wasn't fully cooked and cleaned now to the atmosphere there is only 1 kiddie pool that is 60cm and one large pool that is 120cm that deepens into 150cm and a high pool like a hotub connected to that pool that is also 150cm and isn't always clean and the chlorine is too high in the water and I forgot to mention the service of the staff they are rude and unprofessional as that catcall the guests and have unpleasant stares to our kids and the plates and cups aren't washed well and dining tables have ants and the whole hotel if filled with mosquitos and on the pool they only served foreign guests and ignored us when we asked for a drink over all I didnt like my stay and I don't recommend it at all!!!
