Of course you can not blame guests for getting attached. Between the on site pampering incredible water sport scene and tantalizing rhythms of the Souk Makadi nightlife you have got the makings for a holiday that lasts. With so many wonderful things going for it. it is no wonder that Jaz Makadi Star and Spa has won so many industry awards in the past few years.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages. You can take advantage of recreational amenities such as a complimentary water park, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room. Spending a day of fun is easy with the complimentary theme park shuttle.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We have just came back from our second stay at this amazing hotel wow what can you say the hotel and grounds are beautiful the food and staff are the best the animation team work so hard and are always attentive and seem to enjoy what they do the pool team carnt do enough for you the chefs and especially the head chef who is like Gordon Ramsay always wanting things wright keeps the staff in place a big thanks you. You walk into hotel and from then on it’s a plus everyone is so helpful and pleasing wanting everything to be perfect for us it was. We did have a small issue with some polish guests trying to spoil our holiday but we are bigger than them lol we would never stoop so low to let anyone spoil our holiday if this is what these people are like go somewhere else to party sorry this a amazing hotel is for people who want to relax in the great surroundings and wind down from there day to day hectic lives the hotel is getting some work done near by but it don’t really bother or cause any issues a must is the coral reef for snorkelling carnt fault this hotel any off the staff thanks for a great Holland will be back
JAZ hotel was outstanding from the moment we stepped inside the door. A welcome soft drink was offered with hot towels. Suitcases taken to room remotely. We arrived late and had a tray of sandwiches was ready in the room.
The staff were friendly, attentive and were extremely helpful when I needed something to ease my upset tummy (no reflection on the food standards).
The food was varied at all times - breakfast was fresh, and whatever your heart desired (even chips)! Lunch was similar, with outside cooking station and a huge variety of dishes to choose from.
Dinner was again, very varied. We were there for ten days and it was different every day (sometimes at AI you know what day of the week it is because of what is on the menu!).
The staff in the restaurants ensured you had the drink you desired.
The bars were clean, the staff friendly, the drinks were the basics (i.e. no branded) although if you want branded, you have to pay - I'm not precious!
The pool area was clean and there was always a sunbed. Each day a staff member would come and offer to clean your spectacles, later on you would have a cold towel offered to cool you down. Fresh pool towels every day!
All in all, it was a great, relaxing holiday and we would definitely return to this hotel.
Another stay at this fantastic hotel the staff are first class rooms always clean and tidy Entertainment very good The life guards around the pool will move sunbeds sunshades to your make your day as pleasant as possible. Food always top class if you cannot find something to eat that is your fault plenty of choices. Bar staff very attentive never an empty glass a six minute walk to hotels beach area and snack bar. Staff fantastic food first class and again beach lads will move sunbeds to make you holiday the best that they can. Entertainment team first class always happy and try to make your stay very special. Everything here is great. I really enjoyed it. I will repeat this experience.
