⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay! Room 2142!
We had such an incredible stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely made us feel welcome.
What really stood out was how personal the service felt. Staff throughout the hotel made the effort to ask our names and, amazingly, remembered us each time we visited different areas. Those little touches made such a huge difference and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number.
A special mention has to go to our housekeeper, who went completely above and beyond. Our room was always beautifully clean, spacious and well looked after, and the extra effort was very much appreciated.
The shuttle to their private beach is a must too! Gorgeous beach with again super friendly staff everywhere!
The food was consistently really good, with so much choice available. Even with fussy children, we always managed to find plenty of options, which made mealtimes stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family.
The included water park was a huge bonus and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The lifeguards were fantastic — friendly, attentive and clearly very much on the ball, which gave us real peace of mind while the children were enjoying themselves.
Overall, this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. The combination of beautiful, spacious and spotless rooms, fantastic food, an amazing water park and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful staff made our stay so special.
We would 100% return and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends, family or anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. We’ve made some wonderful memories here and really didn’t want to leave!
We travelled here at the end of September for 10 days as a couple. We nearly didn't book this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews but we are so glad that we did! Everyone has different experiences on holiday and this is ours. We arrived late & were welcomed at reception & offered food in the restaurant if we wanted it. We were taken to our room, which was a lovely family room with lovely view and shown where everything was etc. The restaurants are great and an amazing selection of food every day, literally something for everyone and the staff were amazing and work so hard always happy to help and can't do enough for you. We ate at the Egyptian a la carte & the Italian, both brilliant and the food and service were amazing. We spent alot of our time on the adults area rooftop terrace, again staff were amazing, waiters and lifeguard. They bring you drinks all day long and had the lovely touches of bringing fruit round in the morning and cold face towels, also cleaning your sunglasses! We didn't really go to the other pools but they all looked great and great for families with children, you could have 2 completely different holidays here as just adults or as families. My husband went on all the slides a couple of times though and enjoyed it! We went to the beach a couple of days on the shuttle bus which was great, very punctual and a nice little ride out. The beach was great, plenty of beds and a beach restaurant/ bar, part of the all inclusive. We enjoyed the evening entertainment outside on the terrace, singers generally and a really nice chilled atmosphere.
We needed something from the chemist one day and reception called the chemist and they spoke to me and brought what we needed to the hotel within 15 minutes for a very small price. Our Tui rep Mac was brilliant too, such a nice person and so friendly and helpful, a big asset to Tui and the hotel. We have never been to a hotel where the staff and hotel are run so well and work so hard, we would definately reccomend this hotel and we will definately be back!
I was weary as reviews were so good. But honestly it lived up to it all and more. Extremely safe with security everywhere. Absolutely fabulous beautiful resort with everything you would need!!! What an atmosphere there is there. From the moment we arrived we were helped so much i was absolutely shocked. Reception helped us get our bags to the room and sent up some sandwiches as it was 3.30am by the time we arrived.
Grounds were stunning, very well kept and the place is so big i dont think we even explored half of it. I wasnt able to go to the adult only section on the roof, but I will next time! (Definitely try the Egyptian A la Carte upstairs in the hotel, delicious)
The staff were second to none, they couldnt do enough for us and had such patience. Anything we needed we were helped to their best ability. My son has Autism and they were so patient and understanding with him, this really mattered to me. Big shout out to Hassan at the pool and staff who helped calm my son when he had an meltdown in the water thank you for being so good.
The rooms and whole resort was spotlessly clean, housekeeping do a brilliant job. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms - just to quickly note there are no lifts in the hotel, so if accessibility is an issue I would recommend you book a ground floor room. Remember to brush your teeth with bottled water
We were only a short 5 minute shuttle bus away from the beach and I would recommend the photographer for some family photos.
The spa is so lovely and if you have a chance to treat yourself go for it! I had 2 massages there with Anna and Jong, they were the best!
Well done to the Chefs, they put on amazing food our whole stay. Everything was so fresh and great variety. Ibrahim had a table ready for us every day and drinks waiting. Every restaurant staff member had a smile on their face and helped us so much.
From excellent bar staff, waiters, housekeeping and lifeguards, reception, attendants and more. I have never been anywhere like it and we will definitely be back and I would recommend here to everyone. Top tier.
Makadi water park... such a fun place for adults and kids . Extremely well monitored. A small issue was had and the management made sure it was resolved and dealt with quickly and put a smile on our faces. This has reinforced to me how well the hotel is ran and their care of customers. You have made our first family vacation the best one anyone could ever wish for.

Amazing hotel, great selection of pools. Varied food options. Plenty of sun beds. Most amazing water slides and selection of kids slides I have ever experienced. The most friendly and professional staff - From gardeners, cleaners, bar staff, kitchen staff, entertainment team, management, reception staff, rep, bar staff. Not one single bad encounter. Amazing hotel for families. Would definitely recommend and return.
