I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation at the Marlin Inn. The place was absolutely wonderful, the staff were friendly and respectful, the nightly shows were very entertaining, and the entertainment team was fantastic, especially Khadija and Marcella. I hope to return again💋💋💋💋♥️😍
The hotel package that was sold to us was described as a 4 star hotel. This was totally misleading as I would rate the hotel no more than a 2 star hotel. The room was disgusting, it was old and worn, very dirty and smelly bedsheets, marks on walls and ceilings, the bathroom was disgusting, floors were never cleaned even after requesting room service. The pool was disgusting and it had never been cleaned the whole time we were there as we saw the same litter floating on the pool for the full 7 days we were there. The food was also very disappointing. When we arrived we were told there would be food available, when we spoke to reception they told us to go to the restaurant. The restaurant only had cheeses and a little bit of old salad. We ended up having to go out and get food ourselves. That was the first night and from there it just got worse. The food was very limited and tasteless so we ended up eating out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day. The third issue was the staff. Very unfriendly, not helpful at all. They were like this in all departments of the hotel. Even up until the last day when our transfer didnt arrive. We asked them for help they just told us to call our travel agents and walked away. There is no way I would ever recommend this hotel to anyone and I am very surprised that TUI even have it as an option to book. We are extremely disappointed with the travel agents who sold this to us as they described it as a beautiful hotel, with amazing facilities. The package was misleading and I feel like we've been massively conned. Definitely not a hotel for anyone travelling from the UK.
The location is amazing The animation team was the most energetic team I have seen in the Azure hotels The nights and the activities at the beach was the most thing I have lived in the hotel
Amazing resort! We had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the unique and magical shows and dancing performances. The food and drinks were delicious and varied, the rooms were clean, and the service was great. Highly recommended
I have quite a poor impression of this hotel. As a family of three—including a child under four—we were put in a horrible room! The conditions and the heavy, pungent, stale smell made me want to cry; it was very difficult to sleep. We had to fight and insist on getting a better room, for which we paid an extra $10. Although the rooms have bathtubs, you can't actually take a bath because there are no stoppers to hold the water. The food is relatively okay but quite basic—not particularly tasty—and fruits like mango or watermelon never appeared on the menu. It felt rather grimy everywhere, even though the cleaning staff consisted only of men. The town itself is very run-down and filthy, with ruined streets and unsanitary conditions. The water is pleasant and clean, as is the beach sand. Overall, however, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for those with young children!
