Best vacation
I stayed here for two weeks and honestly had the best weeks of the year! The food was good, and there was so much to do. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
The entertainment team made every day feel like a party and did all the activities with lots of enthusiasm. Engy especially stood out, particularly with the dancing, which she is really good at.
I will definitely come back next year. I had an absolutely amazing holiday!
Amazing stay
Everything was amazing. The atmosphere and the service was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our first time in Egypt
We visited Egypt for the very first time, and we are really happy that we chose this hotel for our first stay. From the beginning until the end, we truly enjoyed our holiday and left feeling that we had spent a very special time here.
The hotel itself made a very good impression on us. The accommodation was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and overall we felt very relaxed throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, with a good variety of choices, and we were very satisfied with the restaurant and the other hotel services.
However, what really makes this hotel stand out is the people and the wonderful, almost family-like atmosphere. The staff were always kind, friendly and welcoming, and thanks to them we never felt like just ordinary hotel guests. The people we met here are one of the main reasons why we will remember this holiday so fondly.
A very special thank you goes to the amazing animators Šárka (Sharka) and Engy. They were absolutely fantastic – always smiling, friendly and full of positive energy, creating a great atmosphere throughout both the day and the evening. Their darts tournaments were one of the highlights of our holiday, with lots of fun, laughter and friendly competition. We also really enjoyed playing water volleyball, which quickly became another activity we always looked forward to.
And of course, we cannot forget the dance evenings at Peanuts Bar. They had a truly unique atmosphere and are definitely among the moments we will remember for a long time. Sharka and Engy did an amazing job, and you can really see that they put a lot of energy and enthusiasm into what they do. Thanks to them, our holiday was much more fun and personal.
A big thank you also goes to Mohamed and Tarek, the bartenders by the pool. They were always friendly, attentive and in a great mood. Every visit to the pool bar was enjoyable thanks to them, and they also played a big part in making us feel so welcome.
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful holiday. Great food, excellent accommodation, a lovely setting, but most importantly, amazing people and an atmosphere that made us feel almost at home.
Thanks to this hotel, we will remember our first visit to Egypt in the best possible way. We left with many beautiful memories and, most importantly, with the certainty that this was definitely not our last visit. We are already looking forward to coming back!

I like this Hotel soooooooooooooooo much The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful, especially Mr.Mohammed Abdelsatar and the whole staff from the reception till the whole hotel staff Very good Location at Elgouna Rooms are very clean No Noise at my room The food is varied Lagoon is very clean Pool Parties is very good
