Just book it!
Absolutely brilliant! Very safe for a female solo traveller. Staff are super friendly and the pool area is very relaxing. Outside of the resort, you can walk to a lovely marina for drinks/ a meal. No issues whatsoever. Room 2346 (garden view) is lovely- I asked for a quiet room prior to arrival and certainly got that. Huge thumbs up from me!

Very good
Very nice hotel, good atmosphere, very nice and good staff. Everybody was very smiling, polite and very helpful all the time. Only minus is that the ice cream time at the pool is only between 16-17 in the afternoon. But otherwise was everything else perfect.

Great hotel with great food and amazing staff
The staff here is excellent, khaled from the entertainment, But aladin aswell. The food and drinks are amazing aswel really good hotel with great staff. From mahmoud the manager of the restaurant to the gardener, aswell as captain Ali getting to the beach.
Perfect holiday
Not long returned from 2 weeks at this hotel and already looking to go back . I'd read many reviews before we went and struggled to find one that was less than positive and you always wonder is this too good to be true . We've visited Egypt several times before but never to El Gouna and now I don't think we would go to a different area the whole atmosphere the no one hassling you and just generally feeling relaxed and safe while walking around added to making a great holiday The hotel itself from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we could not fault . The staff in every single department from management to room attendants were amazing , the bar staff were always great fun , every single member of staff always had a smile on their faces at all times . The rooms were comfortable with everything you could need and spotlessly clean . The food was great such a wide variety of dishes at every mealtime and a weekly rota of theme nights I don't think anyone would go hungry here . Our favourite part of the day was always going over to the island by the shuttle boat for a few hours and swimming in the lagoon area just the other side of the bridge , my one request please can you make this bit adult only 😂 We will definitely be returning .
