The rooms was super clean smart and nice the staff was super amazing and freindly the animation team super entertaning ..higly recomeded

It's my second time here .. i love the hotel .. the staff is so helpfull.. room service is very responsive especially by the application it's amazing .. Restaurant staff was very polite most of them remember us from last year ♥️ .. hotel is very clean .
The only thing you have to change if you see us as egyptian family and friends together want to vibe just let us vibe guys .. it was very upseting & boring a little bit 😵💫😵💫 Dj was for tourists only !! 🥹

Not bad experience
The hotel in general was good and the animation team also the service was good, though ppl in the reception was not that helpful as we requested to change the room due to dull view, they acted inappropriately!!!!!!
Great family experience
The room and hotel look amazing. The atmosphere is pretty and calming and romantic at night and very summery in the morning. The city is small and cute and the food is amazing. I want to thank Emad for his very kind and amazing service. Definitely great value and pretty views and water
